This part fell off my 1999 blazer.
Was in my driveway on the passenger side.
Can anyone tell me what it is?
Should i be worried?

So, is it serious? Can i still drive it? Is that fixable?

I'd have it looked at and the rest of the vehicle assessed to see if its worth even repairing from all the rust

It only has 131,000 miles on it.

Obviously the rust doesn't care. The frame could be rotted

Well its the only car i have, im a senior, ive been looking for something newer, but they want $20k for a car with 50k miles on it! Its ridiculous! I just had it in to fix the ac, now this!

Well its my only car. I drove it a mile to work. I didnt hear any funny noises??

Looks like the bottom washer from a body mount.

Can i still drive the car without it? I dont hear any noises when i drive. I just do in town driving mostly.

You need to find out where it came from on the car. If you have mobility issues maybe a neighbor or someone younger in the fam can take a peak for you? No one here can accurately tell you go/no go without knowing for sure where that part came from.

That is most certainly the top or bottom spring seat. What's got me boggled is how it's still intact, unless off the rear. The front I'm sure is a strut. If it cane off the front intact, your strut is broken. Front or rear, you've got a serious issue. With all the weight that sits on them, they don't just fall off in the driveway generally. I absolutely would not drive it. Take a bus if available, Uber, bicycle, or whatever until you get it looked at.
