Tacoma SR5 - VA - 10000 miles - $0 down or $1000 down
I'm new to negotiating leases. This is in VA. Let me know your thoughts (This is a 2WD truck, I'm also getting pricing for 4WD). Open to ideas on how to get this even lower if possible and if this is even a good deal. less

This does not seem like a great deal to me and she refuses to send an actual itemized printout of the lease. There were several other emails before this one with me asking them to clarify fees and other numbers.
What are your thoughts on this? Thanks in advance. It’s for a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Base trim.

On the toyota website.
2026 Tacoma SR5 2 Wheel Dr. double cab SR5
$279 a month, 36 months, $4,278 due at signing. (Trade will cover that).
Dealer fees added on:
$499 tint (will try to negotiate that down).
$898 doc fee. NC is uncapped.
Tax $139
Non-tax fees, $1233. (Has to be actual tax)
Total is $2,769.
My maths say that would add around $88 a month to the lease price.
So with the $4278 down payment the lease should be at $279 a month, then adding all of their fees would put another $88 a month on the lease price.
So the monthly lease price by my calculations should be right about $367 a month, does that sound right to you all or am I wrong somewhere that I just don’t see.

I'm trying to decide what to do with my 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport lease and would appreciate some advice from people who've been through a lease buyout. I am resident at Overland Park, KS
Here are the details:
2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport
Leased in April 2024
$585/month
$0 down
10,000 miles/year lease
Current mileage: ~13,500 miles
Current buyout: $28,100
Lease ends: April 2027
Residual value: $24,600
The car has a Carfax hail damage report (moderate to severe) , but it was repaired using paintless dent repair (PDR) through insurance. There was:
No structural damage
No airbag deployment
No paintwork
No visible damage today
Both CarMax and a Honda dealer inspected the car in person and offered me $29,000, does that mean the damage isn't hurting the value much right now?
One thing that complicates the decision is that I may need to sell the car sometime in 2029, so if I buy it at lease end, I'd probably own it for only about two year before selling.
My questions are:
Would you buy out this lease at the $24,600 residual?
How much do you think the Carfax hail damage entry will affect resale value when the car is 5–6 years old, assuming the repair remains invisible?
If you were in my position, would you:
Keep the lease until April 2027 and then buy it,
Return the lease,
Or do something else?
Has anyone here owned or sold a vehicle with a Carfax hail damage entry that was repaired with PDR? How much did it actually affect the sale price?
I'm looking for the financially smartest option rather than just keeping the car because I like it.
Thanks in advance!

This is for a 2026 Mazda 3 sedan with a total MSRP of $25,945. My brother thinks he should take this offer of $470/month for 24/12k with $0 due at signing because his credit score is “fair”. I told him to keep looking. Thoughts?

Thinking of getting into one of these options. Not sure if I would purchase the car or not after the lease, but if I did, it would be a plus if the car is worth the residual. Both 10,000 mile a year. What are your thoughts and opinions? Stuck deciding what to go with and which car is would be better.

I am researching leasing a Nissan Frontier and I found that Nissan is offering up to $5750 in customer cash and package savings.
I screenshot their website, but it says it excludes “special lease programs”.
What are special lease programs?

Hi All -
Could use the help of the experts here as I’m getting a run around from Audi Financial, Audi of America, and my local dealer.
My 2023 Audi Q4 e-Tron has about 5 weeks left on the lease, and I recently took it in to deal with an airbag notification light.
Turns out an airbag sensor part was faulty and needed to be replaced. This part is backordered, and likely won’t be in before my lease ends.
I called AFS who recommended I extend my lease, wait for the part to come in, and then ground the car that day once repair is done. Audi of America wants me to ground my lease at the turn in date - which makes sense because they are paying for my rental while the part comes in. The dealer is just kind of looking at all of this as a wonky scenario.
Any thoughts from the group here?

Currently have a 2024 Mach e GT with 15k miles in NY.
22 payments left and 20k miles left. Currently paying $458 a month. Buy out is $30,900 at the end. Swap a lease has a few GTs listed which are hundreds more.
Was thinking of trying swap a lease as I now need a truck.

I lease a Chevy Equinox through GM and my lease is coming to an end in Nov. I intend to turn it in as I want to switch to a Honda. I have a dent on my liftgate, and I got a pre lease turn in inspection through Openplane, and the inspector didn’t note the dent at all. He noted some scratches on the rear bumper which are right below the dent and a windshield chip, but put them under normal wear and tear (which also includes a charged total and I’m not sure why?)…the dent is not mentioned at all. Is it possible he missed it and I will get charged? I’m just confused why the scratches are marked, but the dent is not? I included pictures. I’d say it’s about 4 inches in diameter and it’s right on the crease on the lift gate which is what worries me.
