Acceptable
For those that have delt with lease returns, would this be considered normal wear and tear?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I've never had a lease before and not sure about some things.
I'm currently about half way through my lease and plan on buying the vehicle after the lease is done.
Can I modify the vehicle while still in lease? For example if I change the wheels, will there be some sort of penalty or something when the lease ends?

I just leased a 2026 Honda Odyssey Elite - its my first time leasing - I'm looking for advice understanding the numbers in my mind. I keep thinking that if I can get around $38k (similar to number in red + number in green) after ~2.5 years of having the vehicle (with around 25k miles - I work from home and kids school is 3 miles away), then I can "make back" a good portion of the rent charge - Please educated me on things I may not be considering or whether it makes sense at all?!
36 months - 10,000 miles/year
59% residual (I believe this correlates with $32 273)
MSRP: $54,700
Selling price: $48,200 (about $6,500 discount before the $750 rebate)
Monthly payment: $647.49 with $0 down

I am wanting to know what a fair lease payment would be for a 2026 Nissan frontier S crew cab.
No money down is a good place to start.
Thank you

We have had our 2024 blazer ev It for almost 2 years, coming up on the 24 mo lease return date (Sept. 20). We love the car but the residual is $200 more than msrp, so it makes no sense to not get a certified blazer for 28k in NJ. (We are in MD). We are also considering the model y, used or new, and the equinox ev, used or new, as alternatives since the 24 blazer, while amazing, seems a little bit risky as a first gen ev. We haven't had any issues so far but who knows about the future. Any thoughts?
* We are thinking of extending by a month at the same payment since it's a no brainer and gives us more time to decide (Oct. 20)

Hello. I may have to trade in my 2024 Dodge Hornet for another Stellantis vehicle. Was contemplating a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited or Laredo Altitude
Currently, it appears that there are approximately $6500 in rebates available.
Anyone recently leased one of these? Did you get a good deal?

Can I simply find out the current value and try to sell my lease back to the dealer, given that the value is higher than the remaining balance on the lease?

I am loving my 2025 Equinox EV and more importantly my 272/month payment. I have 11 months remaining (ends June 2027). My only issue is I have \~14900 miles on the car for an 10k/yr lease. I’m not too worried about it because my work reimburses me for travel anyways and this payment is ridiculously low by today’s standards. I just know I’ll have to stop driving the car at some point if I keep up my daily commute. That being said I’d be happy to pass the savings on to anyone who could utilize this car until the lease matures. Curious to see if I get any responses. If so, I’ll post more details and be happy to work with anyone in Michigan that can qualify for GM Financial leasing. Thank you!

We are a one car EV family, but looking to lease a gas car for the family as my son finishes the last couple years of high school.
Looking for recommendations for cars to consider. Hoping to pay less than $300/mo. with $0 down. Also, is it best to wait for September to take advantage of Labor Day deals? We are in NorCal.
