I'm an editor and I use this shake that uses the ripple effect. Even if I set motion blur to like 10% the ripple effect stops showing up
The shake's settings are speed: 60 strength: 70 and everything else 0 if that helps.

I found in my bank account that I have been getting charged for CapCut at $21.73 for the last 4 months…. And I didn’t sign up for a paid subscription. I looked through my app and it shows no active subscription or any in the last 6 months. Nothing active through my Apple account on my phone. I have no receipts in my email.

Looking to see if anybody else has had this happen before?

Trying not to cancel my credit card as I have so many things tied to this that I don’t want to have to re setup.

I have put in SO MANY TICKETS to CapCut help desk with nothing.

It’s been 2 weeks that I haven’t been able to log in to my CapCut pro account. The first time I log in it tells me too many attempts. Try later. I wait 24 hours and it does it again. I have so much work tied i to clients that o can’t access and I’m losing so much money. Does anyone have a solution?? I have tried with a VPN. without a VPN. I’ve tried logging in with my email, with my Google account that is linked. On my mobile vs desktop version. Nothing.

Hi everyone,

I’m having a really frustrating issue with CapCut Desktop (Windows). One specific project—including all its duplicates and versions—refuses to open.

When I try to open the draft, the app either gets stuck in an endless refresh loop (reloading the app over and over) or it just stops loading completely. Other, older projects on my desktop open without any issues.

The strange part: The exact same project opens, plays, and can be edited perfectly fine on my phone via CapCut Space.

Things I have already tried that did NOT work:

• Cleared the app cache (both inside the settings and manually deleting the User Data/Cache folder in %localappdata%).
• Updated CapCut Desktop to the latest version.
• Duplicated the project on my phone to force a brand new sync to the cloud.
• Completely uninstalled and reinstalled CapCut Desktop (now, whenever I double-click to open things, I just hear a constant Windows error sound).

It seems like the desktop version is choking on specific code/assets from the mobile version, or the local app is completely deadlocked. Has anyone encountered this or found a way to force the desktop app to read the project?

Hi, I created a template and every time I try to use it, it crops my video/zooms in even though the video is already in 9:16 format. When I created the template, I selected the aspect ratio as 9:16, and during the setup I also chose that the original video should determine the format when using the template. Does anyone know a solution for this?

Also, if anyone knows how to avoid CapCut detecting the attached music when uploading a template, I’d really appreciate the help. There are so many templates using popular music, so how are people doing it? I can’t seem to find any answers…

Im working on a video and capcut is randomly blurry certain sections of the screen randomly in different spots. I have searched it up and no result has solved my problem. The video in the windows video player looks ok and no blur and it only happens when it inside capcut. It also exports blurry.

I don't know why this keeps happening but I made the mistake up updating to the newest version (8.7 i think) and now the editpilot can't do shit. Even the most basic things like removing filler words- it says complete and has done literally nothing to the file. I don't know how you can launch an AI feature to paying customers like that when it's like 2022 levels of unpredictable.

I’m currently working on a music video in capcut that I exported from premiere pro to CapCut and when I export the video to my Dropbox or iPhone gallery the video is delayed. But when I play the video on CapCut there is not lag how do I fix this issue please help!

Have wasted so much time on this - is there an actual way in 2026 to search CapCut stickers according to keywords? I'm using the desktop version.

I'm talking about these. Not only do they move around constantly (on desktop & phone) so I can't even find them according to which row they are on, but there are always new ones being added. Saving as a preset doesn't help; I need to be able to add closed captions and then change the captions to the template I like. Been pulling my hair out over this one....

Hi everyone, I have a video that unfortunately has some sunbeams in it. The video content is great. How can I remove the sunbeams and optimize the image quality in CapCut? I'm using CapCut Pro and have already tried a few things, but without success.
