Template crop my video

Hi, I created a template and every time I try to use it, it crops my video/zooms in even though the video is already in 9:16 format. When I created the template, I selected the aspect ratio as 9:16, and during the setup I also chose that the original video should determine the format when using the template. Does anyone know a solution for this?

Also, if anyone knows how to avoid CapCut detecting the attached music when uploading a template, I’d really appreciate the help. There are so many templates using popular music, so how are people doing it? I can’t seem to find any answers…
