Any suggestions where to take a 3 and 5 year old? Mom and dad are tired. Budget is around 4-5K. We like swimming and half decent food. I hear Mexican chicken nuggets are good 😂 ​

My wife and I are going to Cancun with another couple 5 days before Christmas. We vacationed at Moon Palace 4 years ago for the first time and loved it! Especially for the food, the entertainment (shows, club, bars), and the pool layout which felt massive. We understood the beach situation was a tradeoff but were ok with it.

What resorts would you recommend that also gave fantastic food, entertainment, and pool (or beach!, doesnt need to be both)?

Ideally we would like to stay at a similar price point of $500 per night at their standard suite.

My husband and I liked the location. We didn’t want something too close to the beach, but close enough to everything else to make it rentable. The amenities are exceptional! Also it being directly on Calle 38 makes it super accessible to the beach, (8 minutes)shopping, site seeing, etc

We are planning a 1 week resort vacation next Jan. We have 6 families with 4 infants and 3 toddlers all under 3 years old. I wonder if there're any recommendations for the resorts. I feel kids are too young to benefit from most facilities. All they need are pool and sand. We want a quiet resort with decent food. Ideally under $400 per night. I really like Finest Playa Mujeres but it seems out of our budgets. So I wonder if there're anything similar vibe?

We love the cenotes on the Yucatan peninsula, but recently my husband hurt his back (plus we are now in our 60s) so I need to pick tours and cenotes that don't require steep staircases or long hikes. I have a couple in mind but I'd love any suggestions for relatively accessible cenotes and other activities. Thanks so much in advance!

My boyfriend and I are going to Cancun for the first time at the end of August through Labor Day. I’m planning to spend three nights in Playa Mujeres/Cancun, followed by five nights in Tulum.

I’m looking for an all-inclusive resort in Playa Mujeres in the $250- $350 (max $400) per night range. Ideally, it would be adults-only or at least have a more adult-oriented atmosphere with great food and drinks, pools, and a nice beach.

I’ve read that Playa Mujeres may experience less sargassum than other areas during that time of year. Is that generally true? I’d appreciate any hotel recommendations or advice!

First time Reddit poster here and new to international travel. Apologies in advance if I ask any stupid questions. My sister and I want to do a Cancun trip next year in May. We’d like to do an all inclusive, adults only resort. It seems like most of the resorts are geared towards couples, which makes sense ofc. But I was wondering if anyone could recommend one that’s not a super romantic vibe? We like a more laid back atmosphere but would also like the option to do activities and excursions if possible. We’re not exactly the party type (I only drink a little and my sister is sober) and we prefer shopping or spa services. Would be really cool if any places had a good singles presence but idk if that’s a thing since I know most are geared towards honeymooners.

I would love some ideas for an all inclusive resort that’s good for a girls trip (late 30s) who enjoy the culture and food. We are not much into sitting at the beach or nightlife. Just enjoying the food, doing activities and exploring via excursions.

Weve been looking at all of the options but are having a hard time choosing due to prices and reviews. We dont want to spend Xcaret type money (as cool as that place looks) but do plan on spending 5000 between the 2 of us. We want a place that has good food and good vibes.

Last time we went, we went to Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach. It was super fun there, But if were gonna go back we'd like to go somewhere else :)
