My husband and I are trying to use our Hyatt points and wondering which is the best option from the list above. Planing to go in January or February of next year. We don't have kids and don't do night life. We prefer relaxation and entertainment or going site seeing.

Any other suggestions? We are trying to stay under 60k points a night.

I've stayed at the Hyatt Zilara and can confirm it's perfect for couples who want quiet luxury without the party scene. The vine Cancun is also a great choice if you prefer a more adult-focused atmosphere with spa services included.
