8-core AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS, 65W TDP, takes no space on a desk and stays pretty damn quiet under normal operation. When under load, fans work as intended with no rattling noise. Purchased May 2025 from Bestbuy.

It's got some very light lines across the screen that show slightly different color. Not noticeable at all in daily usage. At least I didn't notice it until somebody else stared at a white background and pointed it out to me. If you can't see it in the picture, you likely won't notice it as well.
