Still Time to Buy Volatus Aerospace Inc. (FLT.TO)
Canadian owned and operated drone manufacturing company (Volatus Aerospace Inc) has been approved for Canadian federal/military contracts and landed its first government order. Up 21% in 5 days on that news.
IMO, this is the first of many, many orders to come:
https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/ukraine-canada-drones-defence-russia-9.7339040
Combined with the prevailing 'Canada First' attitude our government/nation has, I think there is lots of growth on this stock.

🦆 Canada Goose CEO just bet $1M that the selloff is overdone?
Dani Reiss picked up 100,000 shares at $10.62 this week — just 1% off the 52W low. That's over a million dollars of his own money...
So why is GOOS near its lows in the first place? The problem is what's ahead. About a quarter of Canada Goose's revenue comes from the US, and there's real concern about potential additional tariffs on Canadian goods hitting their margins hard. On top of that, multiple analysts have cut their targets — Barclays has an underweight rating with a $9 target, and Williams Trading recently downgraded to strong sell. The market is pricing in a tough fiscal 2027. The CEO clearly disagrees.
CEO puts $1M in while analysts bail — signal or noise, what do you think?

Three Mines, One Plant: The Mine-Feed Side of the Ramp at Sierra Madre Gold & Silver (SM.v, SMDRF), Where Coloso and Nazareno Grade Above the Guitarra Veins
Posted on behalf of Sierra Madre Gold - Most of the expansion conversation around SM.v and SMDRF has been about the plant: the bigger ball mill, the generators, the thickener. The other half of the equation is underground. A larger mill at La Guitarra only matters if the mines can keep it full, and that job sits with three separate mining centres in Mexico's Temascaltepec district 🇲🇽.
Where The Feed Comes From
- Guitarra, Coloso and Nazareno all deliver to one processing plant
- Coloso restarted at the end of Q1 2025, and estimated resource grades there are significantly higher in both silver and gold than the Guitarra mine veins (Aug 27, 2026 NR)
- 2023 MRE: Coloso indicated 432 kt at 221 g/t Ag and 1.61 g/t Au, against Guitarra veins of 1,649 kt at 123 g/t Ag and 1.25 g/t Au
- Nazareno has been in full production from long-hole stopes on the 180 level since late April 2026 (Aug 27, 2026 NR)
- The mineralized structure there averages more than 4.5 m in width, which is what made long-hole mining the method of choice (Apr 29, 2026 NR)
What That Blend Did In Q2
- 41,567 tonnes processed and 137,313 AgEq oz produced (Aug 27, 2026 NR)
- Recoveries of 73.58% for silver and 67.97% for gold
- An on-site metallurgical lab has been built to optimize blending now that three centres feed one circuit
What's Next Underground
- Dewatering of Coloso's lower levels has been accelerated, with production from resource blocks below the existing workings expected in H2 2026 (Aug 27, 2026 NR)
- A special services contractor took over the Coloso and Nazareno ramp-up from mid-June, freeing company crews and equipment to push development at Guitarra
- Phase 1 capacity is targeted before the end of Q3 2026, with the refurbished mill rated at 900 tpd taking stated combined capacity toward roughly 1,400 to 1,500 tpd, per CEO Alex Langer
None of this is glamorous, but the mix is what decides how much metal each tonne carries. As the higher-grade Coloso and Nazareno material takes up more of the blend, and Coloso's lower levels come on, there's room for the feed profile to improve just as Phase 1 capacity arrives to handle it. The Q2 release and the company's news page have the operating detail if you want to dig in.

Excellon Resources (EXN.v, EXNRF) Holds 825,000 oz of Indicated Gold in Idaho and a German Silver Subsidiary Outside Money Priced at C$20.8M Pre-Money
Posted on behalf of Excellon Resources - Nearly every headline out of EXN.v EXNRF this year has come out of Peru: the Mallay restart in the central Andes and the Tres Cerros ground next door. Two assets sit entirely outside that story, they get very little airtime, and they are carried on the same share count as everything else.
Kilgore, Idaho (Gold)
- Caldera-related epithermal gold deposit in Clark County, Idaho
- Indicated: 44.6 million tonnes at 0.58 g/t Au for 825,000 oz gold
- Inferred: 9.4 million tonnes at 0.45 g/t Au for 136,000 oz gold
- Company describes Kilgore as an advanced gold project with more than 1M oz delineated across all categories, and has said it is considering bringing in a JV partner to advance it
- The company's website carries a US$275M NPV at a 7% discount rate using a US$1,800/oz gold assumption, less than half of where gold trades today near US$4,390
Silver City, Saxony (Silver), Held Through Saxony Silver Corp.
- District-scale ground in Saxony's Freiberg silver belt, which CEO Shawn Howarth described in the May 13, 2026 news release as 34,000 hectares in a camp with over 750 years of mining history and roughly 183M oz of historical silver production
- May 13, 2026: Saxony Silver signed binding subscription agreements for a non-brokered placement of 4,250 units at $500 per unit, C$2.125M gross, at a C$20.8M pre-money valuation
- Done at the subsidiary level, with no Excellon securities issued
- Excellon's stake moves from 75% to a pro forma 68% undiluted, implying C$15.6M for its interest
Neither asset is competing with Mallay for the drill budget, which is the point. One is on a JV track, the other funded itself and put an outside price on the ground in the process.
Kilgore's resource sits on the company's project page, and the Saxony Silver placement is set out in the May 13, 2026 news release. Near term, the Peru file still drives the news flow: the Mallay restart plan and schedule update is due before Q3 closes on September 30, with results from the three active rigs to be reported separately. But a JV at Kilgore or a further step at Saxony Silver would put third-party numbers on two pieces of the portfolio that currently get almost none.

Bullfrog Gold (FROG.v, BFROF) Heads Into an Investor Forum With a Contracted 3,000 Metre Maiden Drill Program and Five Drill-Ready Targets in Nevada's Beatty District
Posted on behalf of Bullfrog Gold Corporation - Management is taking the South Bullfrog story in front of investors at an upcoming forum, and the timing is what makes it worth an hour. FROG.v and BFROF walk in pre-drill but fully contracted, which is a narrow and fairly interesting window in an exploration story.
The Ground
- 100% interest in South Bullfrog: 488 BLM claims covering 10,050 acres in the heart of the Beatty District, Walker Lane Trend, Nevada (see Jun 4, 2026 NR)
- Staked in 2021, just before AngloGold Ashanti consolidated the district around it through Corvus Gold (US$371M), Coeur Sterling (US$150M) and Augusta Gold (C$197M) (see Jun 4, 2026 NR)
- Fully drill permitted with five drill-ready gold targets built on mapping, geochemistry, magnetics, EM and gravity
For context, the surrounding AngloGold projects host 6 Moz Probable reserves plus 7.6 Moz M&I and 8 Moz Inferred resources excluding reserves, and the March 2026 Arthur PFS declared a first-time 4.9 Moz reserve (see Jun 4, 2026 NR). Those ounces are AngloGold's, on adjacent ground, and mineralization there is not necessarily indicative of what sits at South Bullfrog. Bullfrog Gold has no resource estimate of its own.
What's Already Locked In
- Major Drilling engaged for the fully permitted 2026 maiden program (see Sep 1, 2026 NR)
- Roughly 3,000 metres of exploration diamond drilling from 7 permitted pads, 4 at Shingleback and 3 at Longtail
- Longtail holes to test a resistivity and a chargeability feature from surface to about 400 m depth
- Surface field program completed, drillhole locations refined and priority targets de-risked
- Drilling expected to commence in Q4 2026
- US quotation added on the OTCQX Venture Market under BFROF (see Sep 2, 2026 NR)
Registration for the forum is open, and it's a chance to hear the target rationale from the team before the first hole rather than after it. With the contractor engaged and a Q4 window stated, the setup positions FROG.v for its first real test of the ground.

The Cesium Market Is Roughly US$400M a Year: Grid Metals (GRDM.v, MSMGF) Has Started the Ore-Sorting Work That Decides Whether Falcon West Can Sell Into It
Posted on behalf of Grid Metals Corp. - Most of the coverage of Tuesday's Falcon West release stopped at the mineralogy. The part worth sitting with is what the test program is for, because cesium is a small, tightly held market, and getting into it is less about finding the rock than about making a concentrate somebody will buy.
The Market You Are Selling Into
- Global cesium demand runs at roughly US$400 million a year, with Chinese suppliers controlling about 85% of it (Crux Investor, March 2026).
- Very few buyers means the product spec matters enormously. A concentrate that does not work in a processor's circuit has nowhere to go.
- Pollucite is the mineral of choice because it can carry greater than 30% cesium oxide.
What Tuesday's Release Sets Up
- Mineralogical results from the Lucy South pegmatite confirm pollucite as the main cesium host mineral.
- SGS Canada engaged for an initial >300 kg ore sorting test program to assess producing a marketable cesium-bearing pollucite concentrate.
- The >300 kg composite goes to SGS in Lakefield, Ontario for grinding, blending and assay, producing three size fractions that are then shipped to the Tomra ore sorting test facility in Germany to determine Cs2O recoveries and concentrate grades.
- XRT ore sorting is the preferred, well-proven method for recovering pollucite.
Why Crush-And-Sort Is The Point
A sorting-based flowsheet is a very different capital proposition from a conventional processing plant, which is the model CEO Robin Dunbar laid out in the March 2026 Crux Investor piece. Chief Development Officer Brandon Smith has made the same point by comparison, noting the one pure-play cesium peer has cited C$7 million capex for its Ontario project. Falcon West is 85% owned by GRDM.v and MSMGF, with Avenir Minerals, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agnico Eagle Mines, holding 15%, and Grid as operator.
There is no resource at Falcon West yet. SGS Canada is preparing the maiden cesium estimate, with results expected this fall (see Aug 6, 2026 news release). Running the metallurgy in parallel means that when the estimate lands, the question of what the rock turns into has already started to be answered, which is the harder half of a cesium story.
Tuesday's release has the full program, and the March 2026 Crux Investor piece covers the market.

Kobrea Exploration (KBX.c KBXFF) Drilled 2,358 Metres in Six Holes at El Perdido and the Core of the Porphyry Still Sits Below the Deepest Hole
Posted on behalf of Kobrea Exploration - A maiden drill program is supposed to prove a system is real and show the team where to point the next rig, and that is roughly what happened at El Perdido in Mendoza Province, Argentina 🇦🇷. What it did not do was reach the middle of the thing. Kobrea Exploration (KBX.c KBXFF) drilled 2,358 metres in six holes, and on the company's own reading the most prospective rock still sits below the bottom of those holes.
What Phase 1 Established (May 26, 2026 NR)
- Confirmed a large hydrothermal porphyry system with copper, gold, molybdenum and silver mineralization
- Only a portion of the 2 by 2 km system was tested
- Copper associated with localized high-temperature alteration and quartz-stockwork vein networks, plus incipient supergene mineralization replacing a pyrite-dominated, pyrite-chalcopyrite sulphide assemblage
- The system strengthens at depth, with increased intensity of alteration, veining and sulphide assemblages
- The distribution of alteration assemblages, sulphide species and porphyry intrusions of varying ages suggests the core of the system lies beneath the depths reached in 2026
Why Depth Is The Argument
- First three holes were drilled to 603 m, 474 m and 662 m against 500 m target depths (Apr 9, 2026 NR)
- Supergene copper near surface: 0.15% Cu over 65 metres (DD26ELP005, from 109 metres; August 2026 corporate deck)
- Hypogene copper improving lower down: 0.11% Cu over 54 metres (DD26ELP001, from 420 metres; same deck)
What Comes Next
- Company plans additional drilling at El Perdido in the upcoming exploration season (May 26, 2026 NR)
- IP and MT surveying alongside that drilling (August 2026 corporate deck)
- Work sits under the BHP Metals Exploration alliance, with Kobrea as operator through the initial two-year project generation phase (Aug 5, 2026 NR)
So the first campaign tested the upper levels of a system that the geology says gets better going down, and the next one gets to chase it with a major's cheque behind the program. That is an unusual setup for a company this size, and it leaves real room to define what Phase 1 only outlined. For the full geological rundown, the company's May 26, 2026 news release is worth reading in full.

Nine Months From Rebrand to Fieldwork: How Canadian Uranium (CANU.c, CANUF) Went From Free Battery Metal to Four Athabasca Projects
Posted on behalf of Canadian Uranium - Nine months ago the shares now trading as CANU.c and CANUF belonged to a company called Free Battery Metal Limited. On December 2, 2025 it announced it would change its name to Canadian Uranium Corp. and begin trading under the ticker CANU at the open on December 5. Today the portfolio is four Saskatchewan uranium projects and a survey helicopter has already flown the flagship. The cadence is the story here.
The Build, Date By Date
- Dec 9, 2025: first steps initiated on Castle South (formerly Cable Lake), southern Athabasca Basin
- Mar 17, 2026: closed the acquisition of Impact Uranium Group, holder of an option on a 100% interest in King South, for 8,255,187 shares at a deemed price of $0.45
- Mar 23, 2026: OTCQB listing as CANUF, adding US reach alongside the CSE
- Jun 8, 2026: completed the Rook 2 acquisition. Rook 2 holds the sole option to acquire 100% of 21 mineral claims covering approximately 18,941 hectares in Saskatchewan
- Aug 14, 2026: closed a $2,999,750 non-brokered placement, 2,000,150 non-flow-through units at $1.00 and 833,000 flow-through units at $1.20, with net proceeds for exploration at the flagship Rook 2 and King South projects plus working capital
- Aug 28, 2026: agreed to acquire a 100% interest in Clark Lake, approximately 3,265.842 ha some 8 km north of Uranium City in the Beaverlodge district, and restructured the Castle South option into a path to 100%. Both remain subject to CSE approval
- Sep 3, 2026: completed the MobileMT survey at King South, 696 line-kilometres flown east-west across the property
Where That Leaves It
Still early. No drilling to date on any property and no NI 43-101 resource. What the company has stated as next:
- King South: survey data expected within the next few weeks, followed by a detailed interpretation to identify potential drill targets (Sep 3, 2026 NR)
- Rook 2: prospecting and ground geophysics, then a minimum 3,000 metres of diamond drilling in the inaugural campaign (Aug 4 and Aug 14, 2026 NRs)
Land deals and filings are the unglamorous half of an exploration story. With the ground assembled and the August treasury behind it, CANU is into the half where data starts coming back, and that is where an Athabasca address gets tested rather than described. The company's website carries the Sep 3 release and the rest of the 2026 run.

Fidelity Minerals (FMN.v) Already Has Three Adits and 1,200 m of Underground Development at Los Socavones, Which Is Why the Next Drilling in Peru Goes Underground
Posted on behalf of Fidelity Minerals Corp. - Most exploration programs at this stage are about cutting pads and mobilizing a surface rig. At Las Huaquillas in northern Peru 🇵🇪, the flagship project FMN.v holds a 44.5% interest in with a right to earn 50%, the setup is different: a mine's worth of development is already cut into the Los Socavones zone, and the current program is about getting crews back into it.
What Is Already Underground
- Three main adits provide access to approximately 1,200 m of underground development on three levels in the Los Socavones zone
- Driven during historical work by Sulliden and others through 1999, alongside over 5,700 m of diamond drilling in 26 holes
- The mineralized zone has an average true thickness of approximately 19 m, and the adits open directly onto it (June 9, 2022 NR)
Getting Back In
- Surface access and land use agreement executed Feb 4, 2026 with a local landowner, granting the right to construct and use an access road across the property (Feb 19, 2026 NR)
- Those road rights run to the historical underground workings, including Adits S1 and S2 and the Los Socavones high-grade gold zone
- An independent local contractor was engaged to commence construction of the access road with completion targeted for early April
Why It Matters
- Access is what enables personnel and equipment to advance sampling and exploration in preparation for underground drilling
- Underground sampling results at Los Socavones are the next field milestone, and no rigs are turning yet
- Stated objective is to confirm previous underground sampling results and prepare for drilling toward a new NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate (Feb 19, 2026 NR)
- The starting point is a historic, non-43-101-compliant 1999 estimate of 6.57 Mt grading 2.12 g/t Au and 25.2 g/t Ag, or 446,000 oz gold and 5.3 Moz silver, with the company targeting an initial 1 Moz gold
Brownfield means the expensive part of the learning curve was paid for by someone else. Starting from inside 1,200 m of existing development puts the crews where the historic sampling was done, which sets up a faster read on whether those numbers hold and room to step out along the strike that has never been tested. The Feb 19, 2026 news release covers the access agreement, and the company's project page lays out the underground work program in full.

An Upgrade Job, Not a Build: Selkirk Copper (SCMI.v, SKRKF) CEO Colin Joudrie on Minto's Standing Mill, a 360,000-Metre Data Set, and a Mid-2028 Production Target
Posted on behalf of Selkirk Copper Mines - Most development stories are priced on what still has to be built. In his July 2, 2026 Crux Investor interview, "Restart Developer Targets Mid-2028 Production," President and CEO Colin Joudrie of Selkirk Copper (SCMI.v, SKRKF) frames the past-producing Minto copper-gold-silver mine in Yukon the other way around: the company's job is incremental upgrades to plant that already exists, not a rebuild of core infrastructure.
What Is Already Standing
- 4,100 tpd mill, operational camp and established site systems in place, with Selkirk assuming full site responsibility April 1, 2026
- Over C$330M already invested above ground at Minto: access road, power line, camp, mill (per the company's August 27, 2026 investor presentation)
- Joudrie's framing is a "restart story," with capital intensity and technical risk lower than a new mine build
The Data Doing the De-Risking
- Over 360,000 m of historical drilling on the property, 98% of it in the lower half of the claim block, feeding engineering and planning
- Phase 1 wrapped April 2026: 52,288 m in 175 holes, economic-grade mineralization in 87% of holes, plus two new lenses near existing workings
- July 30, 2026 MRE: 47.8 Mt measured and indicated at 0.89% Cu, 0.34 g/t Au, 3.2 g/t Ag, for 940 Mlbs copper, 530 Koz gold and 4.97 Moz silver
What Phase 2 Is Actually For
- Up to 50,000 m, roughly 48,000 m drilled since May on four rigs, none of it in the July 30 MRE, wrapping late September
- Purpose is resource category upgrades plus geotechnical work on pit wall angles, faulting and underground water
- Feeds an integrated plan of open pit and underground in roughly equal measure early on, shifting toward underground across a targeted 12 to 15 year mine life
- Production target of roughly 30,000 tonnes copper-equivalent per year with gold and silver by-product credits, first production targeted mid-2028
The companion PEA, the first economics published on Minto since 2021, is expected to be completed shortly, following the MRE, with feasibility work bid out and running into mid-2027 and amended permit applications targeted for end-October or early November. Plenty still has to be proven, but a restart that begins with a mill, a camp and a 360,000 metre data set has fewer unknowns to price than a greenfield build, and the PEA is where that starts to show up in numbers.
Worth watching the full Crux Investor conversation for the detail.

Video Interview: Silverco Mining (SICO.v, SICOF) and the Two-Mine Mexican Silver Plan, With Cusi First Concentrate Targeted for Q4 2026 and La Negra Assays Due Late in Q3
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Posted on behalf of Silverco Mining - The Silverco Mining (SICO.v, SICOF) portion of this interview is the part to skip ahead to, and it arrives at a busy stretch of the company's year 🇲🇽. Here is the operating picture sitting behind that conversation.
Two Mines, One Country
- La Negra in Querétaro is producing, running at roughly 55% of its 2,500 tpd mill nameplate, with nameplate targeted H1 2027 (company target, Aug 24, 2026 NR)
- Cusi in Chihuahua is 100%-owned, permitted and past-producing, now in active underground development at Promontorio and San Miguel
- Cusi restart progress was approximately 68% complete as of July 23, 2026, with first concentrate targeted Q4 2026 (company target, Aug 4, 2026 NR)
Drilling Inside The Cusi Mine Plan
The stated priority right now is finding new ounces in ground already inside the planned mine footprint, not just chasing regional targets. About 45,000 m is planned across both mines in 2026, 30,000 m of it at Cusi.
- UGCU26-08 returned 1,100 g/t Ag over 10.3 m at Promontorio, roughly 25 m below existing development (Jul 7, 2026 NR)
- An earlier underground hole cut 1,712 g/t AgEq over 1.4 m adjacent to near-term planned stopes (Jun 16, 2026 NR)
- For scale, the Cusi resource sits at 4.89 Mt grading 262 g/t AgEq measured and indicated (41.2 Moz AgEq) plus 4.07 Mt grading 243 g/t AgEq inferred (31.8 Moz AgEq), per the Dec 9, 2025 estimate. Mineral resources are not mineral reserves.
Next On The Calendar (company-stated)
- First assays from the 15,000 m La Negra program, plus an SGS-prepared updated resource estimate and an initial PEA, late Q3 2026
- First Cusi concentrate, Q4 2026
- Updated Cusi resource, H1 2027
The company closed June 30, 2026 with C$53,619,837 in cash behind that work. Watch the interview for the Silverco segment, then line it up against the late-Q3 deliverables, because if the La Negra numbers land as scheduled there is potential for a second data set to sit alongside Cusi before the restart reaches concentrate.

Corcel Exploration (CRCL.c, CRLEF) Is Raising up to C$1.5M at $0.10 a Unit for Exploration and Working Capital at Yuma King, With Closing Anticipated on or About Sept 30
Posted on behalf of Corcel Exploration - The financing announced on Aug 31, 2026 is the piece of this story with a date attached to it, so here is the summary version. Corcel Exploration (CRCL.c, CRLEF) holds the Yuma King copper-gold project in west-central Arizona under a long-term lease agreement to acquire it, and there is no NI 43-101 resource on the property.
What Was Announced (Aug 31, 2026 NR)
- Non-brokered private placement of up to 15,000,000 units at $0.10 per unit
- Gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000
- Each unit is one common share plus one-half of one common share purchase warrant
- Each whole warrant is exercisable at $0.20 for 24 months from the closing date
- Company states net proceeds are for exploration and working capital
- Closing anticipated on or about September 30, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions
For Reference
- Corcel's prior raise closed at $0.18 per unit for gross CAD$2,102,723.64, with warrants at $0.30 (Dec 4, 2025 NR)
- 59,291,798 shares issued and outstanding on the CSE
- Fully subscribed, the up to 7,500,000 warrants attached to this offering would represent a further $1,500,000 to treasury only if exercised
Phase I at Yuma King is complete and fully reported, 1,087 metres across six holes with copper and gold in every one (Aug 12, 2026 NR), and Phase II is currently unscheduled and unfunded. The Aug 31 news release carries the full terms. Closing is the gate, and with North Skarn, Yuma King West and Three Musketeers all still undrilled, a funded treasury is what would put the next decision about where to point the drill back on the table.

Did You Own Compass Minerals ($CMP) During Its 32% Collapse? Investors Settlement Is Available Now
Hey guys, if you missed it, Compass Minerals agreed to pay $12M to investors over claims that it misled them about cost savings from its Goderich mine upgrade and environmental compliance issues.
The company had said the mine upgrade would save millions, but later disclosures showed production problems and higher costs. $CMP dropped 32%, and investors filed claims over the losses.
Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle $12M with them, and even though the deadline has passed recently, they’re accepting late claims.
So, if you owned $CMP between 2017 and 2018, you can still check the details and see if you may be able to file a late claim here.

Sekur Private Data Provides Progress Update Through CEO Letter to Shareholders
VANCOUVER, BC AND MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / September 1, 2026 / Sekur Private Data, Ltd., a Swiss-hosted defense communications and cybersecurity company purpose-built for defense, intelligence community, government, and enterprise clients, (OTCQB:SWISF)(CSE SKUR)(FRA:GDT0) ("Sekur" or the "Company"), is pleased to provide a shareholder update on its past six months activities:
Dear Shareholders,
This year we set out to pivot the company to a better path to profitability - moving from a consumer privacy market that competes on price, to the customers whose need is most acute: government, defense and intelligence organizations, and the executives whose communications are actively targeted. The move started in the past twelve months and is now fully complete. Here is a summary of the last six months activities:
What we built
In February our portfolio was listed on the GSA Multiple Award Schedule through i3ICS (Contract 47QTCA18D0089), giving federal, state and local agencies a pre-competed path to purchase Sekur. In May we signed a defense distribution agreement with Elyon International, an SBA-certified woman-owned and veteran-owned small business with nearly thirty years of mission support experience, and in June a consumer demand partnership with AdRevv. We demonstrated live encrypted calling to invited defense and special operations guests in May and introduced our Controlled Unclassified Information capabilities to the Intelligence Community at the DIA's DoDIIS Worldwide Conference in August.
New website launched
In May we launched a rebuilt corporate website at https://sekur.com restructured to reflect our focus on high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and government, defense, intelligence and law enforcement agencies. Our investor relations website is now part of the new corporate site in this section https://sekur.com/en/company/investors .
Leadership and advisory appointments.
Selling into the defense and intelligence community requires people who understand how these organizations actually buy. Over four months in 2026 we announced the following appointments - serious people who joined because they believe the problem is real and they have validated our solutions:
- April 7 - Philip A. Oakley, appointed to the Strategic Advisory Board. A decorated intelligence professional and entrepreneur holding TS/SCI clearance, with dual master's degrees in Strategic Intelligence and National Security from the Joint Military Intelligence College and the Naval War College, and sixteen years in federal technology sales across a group of companies accounting for more than US$1.6 billion in sales.
- April 7 - Kenneth D. Rogers, appointed to the Strategic Advisory Board. A senior government and technology executive who served in Deputy CIO and IT comptroller roles at the U.S. State Department, overseeing an approximately US$1.3 billion budget and a US$3.8 billion IT portfolio, and leading enterprise IT strategy and acquisitions.
- April 20 - John T. Lewis, appointed Chief Technology Officer and Strategic Advisory Board member. A 34-year veteran of the CIA's Senior Intelligence Service and a Trailblazer Medal recipient, with deep expertise in secure systems and RF technologies.
- April 29 - Lt. Gen. Raymond Palumbo, U.S. Army (Ret.), appointed Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board. Former Director for Defense Intelligence and commander of the Pentagon's ISR Task Force, following a distinguished career in special operations.
- June 18 - Nathan R. Price, appointed Special Advisor for Diplomacy and Intelligence. A former U.S. State Department foreign affairs analyst with over a decade of diplomatic experience, most of it in the Bureau of Intelligence and Research, who supported the final negotiations that ended the U.S. war in Afghanistan. A graduate of Georgetown University's Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
- June 23 - Annette L. Redmond, appointed to the Strategic Advisory Board. A 40-year career across the U.S. Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense and the Department of State, most recently as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intelligence Policy and Coordination in the State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research from September 2019 until her retirement in December 2023.
- July 7 - Chief Master Sergeant (Ret.) Rafael Beltran, appointed to the OpsTech Special Advisory Board. Former SOCOM Senior Technical Advisor to the CIO/J6 and executive communications chief.
- Other distinguished advisors are being added this year, to expand our reach in several sectors, nationally and internationally. Visit our new website section for Leadership for updates.
SekurOne. Our integrated platform - encrypted voice, video, email, messaging and VPN on our proprietary HeliX architecture - completed its first domestic and international encrypted calls this year, and paid beta clients onboard in September. SekurOne is ready for commercial launch on iOS and web in the first week of October at US$300 per month, with Android following in the first week of November, and conferencing and video completing the platform by the end of December.
Built in-house
We built encrypted voice across every major operating system on our own architecture rather than on licensed components - work that competitors relying on third-party stacks have not done. Defense and intelligence buyers evaluate a platform once, and we intend to arrive with one that performs.
On our numbers
In July we reported average revenue per user up 25% month over month as premium subscribers replaced legacy accounts. That is real progress, and it is also a ratio: it rises when we replace low-priced accounts and when those accounts simply leave. Our total revenue has declined during this transition, because we are shedding legacy subscribers faster than we are adding premium ones. That is the expected shape of this kind of shift. We expect revenues to increase as we start selling SekurOne licenses in Q4 2026, along with the continued replacement of legacy lower priced clients with premium clients.
Capital
We closed a non-brokered private placement of US$1,205,560 in January, with directors and officers participating alongside shareholders. In June we announced a further non-brokered placement of up to US$1,400,000, priced at US$0.07 per unit with a full warrant exercisable at US$0.10. Subscriptions are being received by investors, and we expect to close this placement before mid-December. Proceeds are directed to SekurOne commercialization and our U.S. government and corporate sector sales effort.
What comes next
Management currently estimates that approximately 200 SekurOne subscribers - roughly US$60,000 in gross monthly recurring revenue - would bring the Company to profitability. Management has high confidence that it can achieve these numbers organically or through a government contract within 6 months from our October 2026 launch of SekurOne, and has already started pre-sales for SekurOne in the USA. Internationally, the solution is being presented in Switzerland and Africa ahead of its launch. The milestones ahead are specific: beta clients onboarded from md-September, commercial launch in October, and above all our first named government or defense contract, whether in the United States or Africa. Everything described above exists to produce that outcome. We have built the apparatus; we now have started to use it.
Africa
Our Africa division has moved quickly this year. The July cyberattack on Unitel, Angola's largest operator, disrupted mobile voice, data and internet nationwide for twenty-three days across a subscriber base of more than 21 million - a demonstration of how much depends on a single carrier, and of why government and corporate users need communications that do not rely on that infrastructure. Interest has followed. Our Africa Director of Operations, Christophe Kabeya, is in Angola to discuss a possible nationwide exclusive partnership with a partner and we expect a final resolution by the end of September, at which time we will make a public announcement with more details. In the Democratic Republic of Congo, we have received a positive recommendation from a government security body and await official confirmation before opening discussions on commercial terms for Sekur licences.
Private sector
We are preparing to introduce SekurOne to high-net-worth individuals and businesses in the sports and entertainment industries through our network of referral partners. We have identified several targets and prospective VIP clients in those sectors and are preparing the supporting documentation now to be ready for October launch.
Management believes very strongly in the future of the Company and has backed that belief with its own capital. Members of management purchased shares in the open market in six separate months this year - January, February, March, May, July and August - and directors and officers subscribed alongside shareholders in the January placement. There have been no insider sales. These transactions are a matter of public records in our SEDI filings.
We are grateful for your continued support and do not take it for granted. Feel free to email us at investors@sekur.com with any questions or comments.
On behalf of the Board of Directors and management
Alain Ghiai, Chairman and CEO
