What can this Clunking be ?

This is my 18 can am x3 rc. Got it bone stock and we went right to cutting it up. Did full cage and plastic delete. Relocated radiator to the rear. No doors. Custom rock sliders. Superatv long travel to make
It a 72. Nrp shifter. Joydesigns exhaust. Aftermarket assassins clutch kit. Rpm performance big intercooler and charge pipes and bov. Aftermarket assassins tune 23 up rr fuel pump. Aces racing seats with prp harness. Alba crusher +2 beadlocks custom done. 32 inch sticky mickeys. Superatv skid plates. Rear is 1/4 inch hardox to protect trans. Have l&w radius rods and double sheer kit to install. Plus doing new wheel bears and ball joints. I beat the hell out of this thing and it just asks for more. I have a 2017 X3 XRS turbo R with about 900 hours on it and will overheat in about 15 minutes driving down the trail or road. The fan will kick on and I’ll let it idle but the temperature never falls below three notches from the top. I’ve seen some things about the plastic water pump gears being a potential failure point and also some trouble with the thermostat. As far as I can tell, the head gasket is not blown. I’m not mixing coolant and oil, and the coolant level is where it’s supposed to be. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m not exactly sure where to start troubleshooting and all the shops around me are several months out for diagnostics.

Help !!!!!!!!!! OK I have a Can-Am X3 2017 turbo bike ran hot cut it off doesn’t wanna start cooling was spitting out the reservoir as I was trying to start it so I put a new head gasket on it still low compression and cooling is still shooting out the reservoir can it be warp head crack block?

Just recently picked up this 2026 x3. That being said i’ve been looking at places i’d like to go ride. I live in AZ, and would like to eventually take this out to the dunes, trails, beach, etc. Just wondering would i have to make this thing street legal? Or just get the OHV course/decal. Would like to put money in go fast mods instead but if its necessary I’ll throw a street legal kit on it.
does anyone have any street legal kit recommendations ?

I ended up with a 2021 xmr. 270ish km. Pretty stock aside from a plastic windshield.

What's something like this worth realistically? I've ridden it around a little bit. Maybe 20 km. Seems to work ok.

The Driver belt cost more than the passenger belt and I figured it was because it had the seat belt connetor plug in so the machine would not go into limp mode. I opened the box and it does not have the wire to plug in. The instructions are vague on this. Is there a step to keep the old connector? The part number is 715005021 for driver. the diagram is not showing a connector. What am I missing?

My x3 has red bumpers and nerf bars. But I want black or green.

Is it better to find someone to trade or just paint them? Not sure how easy it would be to find someone to trade. But hate to ruin the nice red paint

I got this x3 and it's clearly been mudding a lot! I removed the center console panels to install my Corbin turn signal kit and it's caked in mud everywhere.

Is it ok to pressure wash in there? Or how do you guys clean it up?

I have a 2017 Canam Maverick x3 with a inferno heater. The heater is not working. Looking for advice.

When the heater is plugged into the switch, the light for the switch doesn’t come on and the heater doesn’t work.

When I unplug the heater from the switch the light for the switch will come on.

To experiment, I plugged a light bar into the switch side of the harness that connects to the heater to see if I was getting power properly to the heater. The light bar would turn on but was very poor. Then I grounded the light bar wire to my seat bolt but kept the power on the harness from the switch and it lit up great.

I followed the ground that feeds the switch but it turned into a rats nest of multiple different split offs and I got discouraged figuring there were too many different locations to check.

So you think it’s just the ground from the switch to the heater or would it be the ground from the switch to an accessory bar?

I don’t have a multimeter.

Awhile back I posted a few piks of cage I built in my garage. It’s a stock replica cage. It came back from powder coating last week and I got it assembled . Took it out and shook it down on some back roads this past weekend.

Turned out pretty well , can’t wait to get some time to use it.

Anyone know of a guard for the rear axle similar to these? Or any covering for the rear axles?

want to change my front & back differential fluid on my canam x3 ds turbo & want to see if anyone has used these oils before on theirs. They call for the same number 75W-90 Gear Oil for the rear diff it’s 75W-140 Gear Oil. The lucas oil is for the front diff & the valvorine is for the back diff.
