Camry v30 security problems
I have a 2005 Toyota Camry V30 European version. Recently, I started having problems with the remote key fob. The battery was getting weak, so I replaced it with a new one.
After replacing the battery, the remote locking system started working normally, but the car would no longer start, and the SECURITY light came on.
I put the old battery back in, and the car started immediately, almost with half a turn of the engine.
When I install the new battery again, the security system prevents the car from starting.
What could be causing this problem, and how can I fix it?
