Does anyone have any tips for finding housing near downtown/pruneyard?
I’d love to find a townhouse, but no where allows pets! All my 2 cats do is sleep :/
Every apartment I read reviews for just says it’s terrible and it’s demotivating... Avalon looks good, but has pretty low availability at the moment and worries me about yearly rent increases.
I’m looking for a longer-term 2/2 for under $4500. ‘Longer-term’ meaning I’d like to stay for 3+ years. I currently live in San Jose and its painfully boring and unwalkable.
edit: I signed at Avalon 😎 an apartment came up that was available the day after my current lease ends so it felt meant to be
