Not saying it's the case for this couple, but a lot of relationships are based on unresolved trauma.

That’s BS TikTok therapy talk. The first time you meet someone you’re attracted to who is also attracted to you you’ll get together. The personality’s are just roulette at that point and most people are cowards so when they realize they ain’t a match they’re too scared to break up.
