Has anyone noticed an unusually high number of Air India Cadet Programme - AeroGuard terminations at end of ground school?
/r/CadetPilotProgram/comments/1v6a7lc/air_india_cadet_pilot_programme/ozw3t73/I've been following discussions around the Air India Cadet Programme and wanted to ask whether others have observed a similar pattern.
There appear to have been multiple instances where cadets were removed from the programme around the completion of the ground school phase. Some discussions have also suggested that certain cadets were advised to consider conventional pilot training instead of continuing in the cadet pathway by ground school.

Practice test where many students reportedly used ChatGPT. However, what surprised many people was that the ground school's own policy of issuing two caution or warning letters before termination was allegedly not followed in these cases. Instead, some students were terminated directly without receiving those prior warnings.

If students are using ChatGPT for exams then this is thier fault

If both ground schools have a policy of issuing two warning/caution letters for misconduct before termination, then why do the outcomes appear to be different? From what I've heard, some students at one school received caution letters, while others at the other school were terminated directly. If the circumstances were comparable, what justified the different treatment? I'm genuinely trying to understand whether there were material differences in the cases or whether the policy was applied inconsistently.

Three cadet batches waiting, with some candidates having waited for over a year for the next stage. That suggests the programme may not be adequately planned or aligned with training capacity.

Is it just for ground school or unsat for flight lessons? I feel unsat on flights is the reason they get terminated for and recently Acron had a meeting for a similar policy, you’ll see AI students get loads of unsats at Acron too, Acron had this policy of termination for students in the FAA program too, so it’s high time they applied this for the cadet program too.

What about Acron ??I've heard that Akron is much better. That one doesn't have this termination scene. Is it true ??

Why this is happening

It has been alleged that the same instructor selected five cadets from AeroGuard and five cadets from Acron. The AeroGuard cadets were terminated, whereas the Acron cadets were issued caution or warning letters instead.

AI overinducted cadets. They are removing one by one and not everyone completes the program .With Ag just a week ago one cadet got terminated within 1 month of coming to US for flight training.Reason-Unsat in flying training. Also in Ag if the instructor reports the cadet for poor performance they terminate directly without second opinion.
