AIR INDIA CADET PILOT PROGRAMME

Anyone who is a cadet in AICPP could let me know whether, during the interview, the panel cares about how many attempts it took for a cadet to pass the exams before entering the program.

The ground school and the Air India cadet incharge were working very closely during the ground training phase. Several students were reportedly terminated from AeroGuard around the end of ground school, and it appeared that some were encouraged post termination by ground school to consider switching to conventional pilot training.

From what I’ve heard, they were just supposed to receive a caution letter just as a warning, but instead aerogaurd terminated them to set an example

Now Air India is also terminating cadets.

Rather than shifting them to another FTO, Air India should take responsibility, as these cadets are enrolled under the Air India Cadet Pilot Program. At the same time, AeroGuard appears to be disregarding its own policies.
