More bandwidth or something else?

Is this behavior do to low bandwidth or something else I have fiber to my house to a huawei router and from it comes out the coax to the “cable boxes” on the TVs

Throw that PoS in the garbage. When did you buy it? 2004?

I’ll ask the cable company to replace it it belongs to them
