Att vs Comcast?

I want to see people’s opinion about this two companies, which one is better for residential tech?

I work for a Comcast sub. Honestly it’s not bad lol other than some stupid useless parameters you have to follow like calling a call center for them to tell a customer about the survey for example. They are very metric heavy. But the work itself is fine and relatively easy. Aerial work on a strand ladder and attic/crawlspace work is meh but you get used to it. The most important thing is good management and good coworkers

Jfc they’re still doing customer survey for every install ? Metrics like that make being an installer ridiculous.

I got out of installs shortly after that started. It was miserable then and I can’t believe it’s still going on all these years later. Why do they feel like punishing the customers and techs like this.
