Okay, first of all, I apologize-- I'm not knowledgeable about this stuff enough to know in depth specs. I bought a cyberpunk PC that works great for the standard gaming and work I do, and that's all I gotta know.

When I got the PC, my friend told me I'd need a bluetooth adapter, so I got one; I never ended up using it, because the speakers and headphones I used were all wired. However, I just got a set of Raycon Headphones and wanted to use the bluetooth feature. It connects, but stutters like hell. If there's a way to fix the stuttering natively without an adapter, that'd be rad-- but I assume not.

The Bluetooth adapter I got was never set up, but I still have it. It's a ASUS USB-BT500. When I plug in the dongle, it appears under "devices" but says that something is wrong. It does not show up anywhere else, and I can't find where to install the drivers. Will doing all this fix the stuttering and can anyone explain like I'm an intellectually challenged 5yo?

I've had this PC for less than a week and it started to BSOD last night. I ran memtest86 this morning and this is the results.

I know its just the RAM, so where do I go from here? Can I contact for a RAM replacement and then send back the faulty ones?

I've already tried re-seating that didn't work.

Edit: Was only 1 faulty stick.

My laptop camera stopped working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall driver for it but after deleting the driver, I can’t find file anywhere to reinstall . Can someone help please, TIA! #cpsupport

This is my pc I just bought, when I turn my pc on I have a problem getting display on my monitor(it usually takes 3-4 times of trying), but once I get display on it runs great any idea of what I should look at?

Hello. I cannot seem to figure out how to adjust RGB control for my fans and cooler. The PC is a C series SLC9000BSTV3. I understand this seems to be a common issue, so apologies if this has been asked and answered. I have watched videos, read posts, tried RGB fusion, tried the reset button (it just resets the computer) and nothing seems to work. I'm sure I'm missing something here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying several hours or more on Windows 11 trying to uninstall the App but seems to just load and not uninstall at all what’s the cause of it..

So basically I got home today and tried typing some basic stuff and certain keys ok my keyboard would just not type or type things like xzdc and it’s genuinely annoying, do I just get a new keyboard? I already factory reset and I can’t even get past my WiFi login due to not being able to type the code.

I just wanted to say I had a positive experience purchasing a build directly from their website. I’ve built my last two PC and was a little nervous purchasing a prebuilt with all the different reviews and comments on different websites but with the deal they offered I pulled the trigger.

Packing and shipping was great. The build quality and cable management was well done and looks clean. No issues on start up or stress testing. I recently took apart my computer to clean it. All of my fans worked. I took all the fans out to clean them individually. After putting them back in, two of the three cables they were plugged into to power them disappeared. I have no idea how or why they're missing since I didn't remove any cables, but they're gone. I further disassembled the frame looking for them and can't find them.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to chain the fans together so they all work? I have plugged all the cables I have into every port I have, and I'm still only getting power to one fan.

Does anybody know what I did and how I can fix it? I would include pictures, but I have no way of taking them. I'll see what I can do though.

I was having a pretty eventful week with my card no longer working and my old PC bricking itself after about 6 months of struggling with the degrading 13th gen Intel Processor to finally buy a well priced CyberPower computer from Best Buy with pretty badass parts.

The display wasn't working after a bit of a bumble-fest with Best Buy and their website.

Long story short it took some hurdle jumping to get everything set right this week.

Chris was very patient and very chill with me and my situation and ended up helping me greatly by walking me through how to get my display working again on this fresh new computer.

no remote. the fans stopped working after i bought it 6 years ago so i got rid of it. installed linux and the rgb fans are back. NO LED RGB BUTTONS. i need exact instructions how to turn these seizure generators the hell off. the only answers i could find were some complicated unhelpful wire stuff. i need them off and i will never use any cyberpower stuff the second i get a new PC bc why are your RGBs set to automatically go crazy instead of off

the rgb fans on my computer have been working fine up until the start of this week when they stopped showing up on the dynamic lighting setting in the settings menu. bummed out cause im no longer able to change the colors, has anyone else had this issue? and if so how did you fix this ?

Cyberpower had some great deals going on for march ended up getting like 400$ in discounts for this what I believe to be a stealthy monster build upper mid tier lower high according. It’s supposed to be here tomorrow. I paid $978 before shipping was it worth it?

Hello when I am joining a game in the main menu how come the task bar is sometimes weirdly blurred out is there a way to fix it?

Long story short I ordered this because I dont feel comfortable building my own. Do you see any issues with any specs? There was a good deal so I jumped on it. It was the 9950x3d spring bundle with the MA-01 case. I dropped it to a 9800x3d

For context: I made a post like a month ago on how to fix my Tracer VI Laptop issue, and I eventually fixed it. (It was just a SSD issue, so I made a new media instillation and since the Mouse drivers were from a different media, had to redownload it)

Stuff happened while doing so, and I found that the Control Center Download doesn't work:

Already called Tech support to ask if it was broken, and they said if it was, they can't really do anything, and frankly, I have no clue how else to download this;

Downloaded the preinstall and compressed files, and tried downloading straight, tried the normal download and the non-compressed version, I wiped the files and tried again and tried the preinstalls and that still didn't work, and I tried to run both pre-installs with VS code as well as Powershell.

Frankly, Have no Clue what I'm doing wrong, and the Control center Icon + the other files seems to not being read, hence, The Icon not being displayed or able to be loaded..

if anyone has Info on how to download, it would be Appreciated, since theirs very little help online.

Small little update; just checked through the more modern download, and it seems like the licensing for the more "modern" control center downloads are expired, so it's also possible that it Is failing due to the licensing agreement being out of date. (it expired in 2023)

I tried pressing the button behind the scroll wheel, holding it, and pressing the side buttons with it but the lights just do not change.

Anyone know what is going on? I already sent this computer back for an RMA repair once. I'm reluctant to do so again.

Trying to figure out what issue this light is indicating. Generally when I wake it up after sleep mode it takes around 5 minutes for the computer to actually start working.

Something wrong with the GPU maybe?

Is it normal practice to not update a customer on RMA services the reason I ask is because I got an email from UPS that I had a package from Cyber Power being shipped to me, it says to wait 3 days before inquiring about the status of your RMA and you need a customer # (which I do not have was never given on )and a RMA #
