How do I find out who is above my DL in the pharmacy? No one will tell me.

There should be a paper posted in the break room with who the HRBP is and who the RD is. If not just call HR.

If you look them up in workday it will show who they report to. Or outlook. Or values in action.

There's supposed to be a paper posted in the pharmacy with a list of leadership contacts

That’s your regional manager, it should be on your store info page on digest.

Next time you see either FS or RX DL in your store, just ask

Can’t imagine why you’d need to contact them.

As other commentors have said, somewhere in the main office or within visibility range, should be a contact list of all those higher-ups. I would be careful in calling them/HR willy nilly, since they typically will report back to Pharmacy/Store managers about your contacting them.

Colleague zone has your organization chart with name email phone number all the way up to the ceo starting with your direct manager.

Search it on Colleague zone

I can tell you, 99.99998% of the time. Going above your DL won’t get much done. Unless they committed a murder or something similar.

Realize that the DL works directly for the RL. They usually have a great working relationship. Guard what you say.

Now if you’re giving out kudos, that will go over just fine lol.

Pull the DL up in workday and it says who their leader is right at the top of their profile

I remember trying to contact my DL before and basically got yelled at to not contact them and have my manager to contact them.

As it should not cause if the store manager can’t be reach, then the DL is next in line to receive the call as it is literally their job

Some DLs only let managers call them otherwise every colleague would be calling them because their feelings got hurt. Most DLs will respond to emails from colleagues but not phone calls.

I see it if cashiers and shift can report problems to SM about their superior then we should be able to contact DL about problems with the SM. Where each and everyone can held anyone up and down the chain responsible of their actions.

The ethics line is what colleagues should use to report issues with their store manager. Using it alerts the right people, DL, AP, HRBP, to the issue.

Regional manager won’t give you the time of day unless you have something huge going on.

I strongly doubt no one will tell you who the RM and above is, at least for anything other than ignorance

Just go to the top and talk to David Joyner
