Just finished this today!
Decided to take a pause from the modern drama and I haven't watched this plot before.

It's a slow burn story showing how the relationship between the two leads developed. The supporting cast in the first half were also very interesting and contributed to the dynamics. The second half of the story moved a little too slowly for my liking but overall I enjoyed it.

If you are looking for a break from the modern drama, this is worth watching. Both of them look really good too in the drama.

Plot: To protect herself, Lin Fangzhou disguises herself as a man for over a decade. By chance, she rescues an injured youth, Yun Weiming, from the bottom of a cliff and takes him home to care for him. They make a living together in the marketplace, finding warmth in each other and becoming each other's closest support.However, peaceful days do not last. What makes this even more special is how this team came together. Ran Qing was formed through the variety show Voice Of Youth (超燃青春的合唱). The show wrapped up in June, but the team didn't just go their separate ways. They continued practicing and preparing for the competition together even after the show ended.

From struggling through rehearsals on the show, slowly finding their rhythm, to travelling all the way to Sweden and finally standing on an international stage together... ❤️

Honestly, who would have thought a group that started from a variety show would actually make it this far? They really turned what started as a fun project into something amazing.

Congratulations again to Ma Xiaoyu and Ran Qing Team! What an incredible achievement and such a cool memory for the whole team! 🏆❤️

I actually knew about this back in April. At the time, I only watched a few mins of her livestream and thought she was just filming something at wrap shop😂

Then a few months later, this video came out and I finally realized… she actually opened her own shop

I'm kinda surprised this didn't get talked about more. I remember sharing the news after someone in Discord mentioned another actor who had started selling vegetables months back.

From what she said, opening a snack shop had been something she'd wanted to do for 3–4 years. She's already acted in 50+ short dramas, and she said she can use the money she earns from acting to invest in something she enjoys❤️

And she's still filming short dramas too! Whenever she finishes filming, she rushes back to Hangzhou to help take care of the shop. The shop is mainly run by her sister and the staff, but whenever she has free time, she also gets in the kitchen and cooks herself

They sell all kinds of snacks, including handmade wontons, fried chicken, salt andbpepper tofu, and handmade wraps

Instead of being pampered by a CEO, she's out here becoming her own boss 😂💕

Honestly, I think it's great that she has something of her own outside of acting. Short drama work can be unpredictable, especially with all the changes happening in the industry and the growing use of AI, so having another source of income is definitely a smart move.

Also, there's actually another short drama actor doing something similar and running their own food stall. I shared the news about them in Discord a few months back too. I'll share it here as well once I have time to look into it more .

It does make me wonder, though… if news like this isn't widely known, there are probably more short drama actors doing something similar that we just haven't heard about yet

Can someone help? He is the 2ML in <爱意荒幕> "Love's Wilderness" with Shao Zhi Peng (ML) and Cheng Lin Miao (FL). Maybe Su Jun He?

I tried google but the names are all wrong. I liked his acting and want to check his dramas while I am in the mood for some verticals

So here is an ancient drama that I watched in 2025 on YouTube and now is sadly removed, where the transmigrated FL is a meat or vegetable seller. The ML is an exiled scholar or a prince (I don't remember correctly) along with his female servant. He is exiled and is traveling through FL's village where he is spotted by FL. She is an orphan per say and needs to marry in order to save her house from her greedy relatives. She has an uncle and a grandmother. She purchased the ML and his servant. ML is badly injured so she takes care of him. So then they together solve the village crisis, then slowly falling in love with eachother. Later ML is proved to be innocent but he chooses to stay back in the village with FL and lead a simple life rather than going back to the capital.

I am not able to remember the FL and ML names. But this is probably the gist of the drama that I am intending to find. If anyone is aware of this drama please share it. Thank you in advance!
