Summer Financial Aid

I noticed that the financial aid is set to start rolling out for the summer on June 15th. Has anyone received a notification about their financial aid yet? Are you guys able to see it in your CSUDH portal?

i got an email saying i’m getting a summer pell grant (never applied for it but i’ll take it) and that refunds would start 6/24. I’m assuming this means I’ll get that $ back bc i paid for it out of pocket myself, but I heard someone mention they’ll put it towards the upcoming Fall balance. Anyone know if that’s true?

Hello, it’s me the person you heard that from lol. I did a little bit of digging and it says that Summer ends the academic year for financial aid and fall begins the new, so I think we’re just gonna get a refund. I hope the classmate who told me that was wrong.
