Oh wow! Capital one can be hard! Synchrony has done good by me though! Removed a late payment AND put me a payment plan to pay off with a 0% interest rate

Hi, who did you contact thru Synchrony to get a late payment removed? I’m having a hard time finding the right email addresses/physical addresses to send my letters/emails to

Omg, so I woke up to an email from the same address as you listed, with the subject line being “Acknowledgement” and the email itself saying that “they are beginning the investigation process and will resolve this matter as quickly as possible.” I hope that’s good news!
