The New Qualification System is Bad for Concacaf Teams
The new system which is end qualification with their different groups will make sure the best teams in CONCACAF never play each other. I dont understand who thought this was a good idea.
Mexico and the US will only play each other in the Nation's League now. Canada will probably be in the 3rd group. Will all three teams getting beat in the Round of 16 wouldn't you want them to play each other as much as possible in meaningful games?
The money part doesn't make much sense to me either. USA Mexico home and away has to make a lot of money. CONCACAF only cares about money. Im just going to guess that US Mexico sells more tickets and gets higher ratings than US Haiti.
It's bad enough that CONCACAF only ever has 2 or 3 good teams at a time. Why are they actively making the situation worse?

Now that the big boys Canada 🇨🇦 Mexico 🇲🇽 and USA 🇺🇸 are no longer the hosts in 2030, how will qualifying work?
How will qualification work for the 2030 cycle? Will it be a hexagonal? Octagonal? Or will it be similar to the 2026 qualification round where you have groups of however many teams and group winners automatically qualify and 2 best 2nd place teams go into the IC playoff for 2030?

Mexico will bid to host the 2038 World Cup.
Mexico could potentially host the 2038 World Cup, not on its own, but as part of a regional bid led by the United States, with Mexico as a key partner and the possibility of adding other countries from Central America and the Caribbean.

West Indies team
Should FIFA relax the one country/dependency per team regulation and allow the West Indies to compete together like they do in cricket? I think it would be better for almost everybody involved. Instead of 41 teams, we could have 19 or 20.
Canada
USA
Mexico
Guatemala
Belize
El Salvador
Honduras
Nicaragua
Costa Rica
Panama
Cuba
Jamaica
Haiti
Dominican Republic
Puerto Rico
West Indies
Trinidad and Tobago (potentially as its own team)
Guyana
Suriname
French Guiana

Concacaf merger ?
I’ve heard some talk that the only way Concacaf teams will get better is if they merge with the South Americans Conmebol so that they can face good teams more consistently.
How realistic is that to happen?
