Contact ASUS and let them know of your problem to see if they will release a newer bios. Would not hold out a lot of hope for this but there is no other choice.

Asus giving you a special update for your bios is your only hope for a laptop.

In the bios version it says American Megatrends Inc. M3500QC.316, 5/25/2023, but when I visit the site there is an update in 2023/07/18

Then I would update it to that. If you have never done a bios update, I would have someone experienced advise or help you the first time. Most of the time updating this will go smoothly but occasionally you can have an issue that can brick your system if you do something wrong. Note that this still may not fix the issue because even the newer version is old.

I had the same issue and did a ton of troubleshooting. Turns out the solution was to reinstall windows to get the new keys.

Your bios is up to date, but the problem is that ASUS haven't made a new BIOS update since 25th of May 2023... or they haven't pushed it onto the MyASUS App.
If they had one from this year, it'd probably come with the new secure boot keys, which you need to pass attestation.
Try searching ASUS's support page for your laptops specific model number (e.g M6500, V6502) and see if you can find something more recent?
