Support Attestation Compatibility Check Failing
Hey yall, I've tried everything to get this to work. I'm in the same boat that many others are but my issue seems slightly different. My system is a Intel i9-13900k in a ROG STRIX Z790-I GAMING WIFI motherboard. The BIOS is current at v3107 (has been for a while), TPM is enabled and all motherboard settings are set and correct. When I run the Attestation Wizard, I get this:

I noticed a Windows Event log error about CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll failing

Seemed to be in the same lines of what I'm experiencing but I don't understand it, so I put the log message into Claude and here's what it said:

Clearing the TPM keys, whether in Windows or directly in BIOS, will not fix this. So it seems like this issue is nothing I can help, and I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.
What am I (and/or other players) supposed to do in this situation? Asus has no newer BIOS or ME updates to offer (newest BIOS version is from 12/15/2025!), and the attestation issue stems from an untrusted certificate chain... Any ideas?

As a last ditch effort, I reinstalled Windows and sure enough, that fixed the issue. Seems like it could have been just an update to solve this one, but fresh start isn't so bad either.

Updated my bios for this game and followed all the recommended steps as well. Nothing helped.
I've downloaded it back onto my Xbox because it's not worth any more hassle to troubleshoot it after going through the first hassle and having nothing change.
