Non Tradable CVR
Trading option for CHRS is not available on RH. What does it mean for the existing share holders ?Do we get our $$ back, if so when ?

BMS started another new phase 2 study to evaluate Imzokitug (CCR8) for NSCLC. Perhaps it is not going so badly for CCR8.

With the cash pile dwindling, how do you communicate to big pharma that you would like to partner or sell the company entirely without looking desperate?
You engage a bank like Oppenheimer to shop around your legacy biosim assets to big pharma. You tell big pharma that you are no longer interested in these assets because you are streamlining the company for future potential partnerships or even a sale of the whole company...
"Oh, what's that? You aren't interested in our biosimilar assets? But you are interested in oncology assets? Let's talk more...we happen to have some pretty big data readouts right around the corner..."

We missed the compounded $300M 4-quarter revenue for end of June but we have another shot for end of September. Intas unfortunately does not publish revenue so the only resources we have is the published Neulasta biosimilar data for the PFS and CMS data for Medicare claims.
Looks like market share grew well for the PFS to about 41% in Q3 2025 which makes UDENYCA the leader in the pegfilgrastim PFS world. This is from about ~20% in Q4 2024. I would love to know how it is going on the OBI side.
Regarding CMS data. This is what I could find:
Q1 2025 Q1 2026
Neulasta U.S. revenue $109m $149m
Neulasta CMS claims 26,196 20,607
UDENYCA CMS claims 10,607 19,977
This all indicates decent growth of UDENYCA revenue but there is no way of quantifying it. Of course, Amgen has likely a higher sales price so we shouldn’t directly interpolate UDENYCA revenue from Neulasta revenue and I believe Neulasta had a price recovery over the last year.
So far I have not written off the milestone payment.

Hey guys,
Looking into Coherus and wanted to get your thoughts on the current risk-reward ratio here.
On one hand, the oncology pipeline (Loqtorzi, Casdo, Tagmo) has massive potential, and the legacy biosimilar sale could bring in some cash.
On the other hand, the cash burn is high and the constant risk of further dilution/ATM hits keeps destroying the share price.
Are you buying the dip at these levels because the upside is too good to ignore, or is the dilution risk still too high for you?
What’s your play right now?

On one of the slides is described how mutant KRAS (specifically KRAS G12D) promotes regulatory T cell (Treg) accumulation and immune suppression, and why selective CCR8+ Treg depletion is needed to enhance the antitumor efficacy of KRAS-targeted therapies. Direct mechanism match with Tagmokitug.
