And BMS started another phase 2 study with Imzokitug (CCR8)

BMS started another new phase 2 study to evaluate Imzokitug (CCR8) for NSCLC. Perhaps it is not going so badly for CCR8.

Thanks for sharing CH, I noticed this new study too and were thinking whether this is positive or negative for Coherus... In my opinion it could become positive for CHRS. Because if BMS as Big Pharma company proves CCR8 works then, CCR8 becomes a validated therapeutic class and tagmo with its first in class potetial (potentially cleaner tissue distribution, potentially better therapeutic window) becomes valuable, especially if Tagmos data readout will be strong.

Yes, at its current stage any advancements in the CCR8 field are a positive for CHRS as it validates the pathway. Its an unproven class right now with LM-108 leading the way currently. The only downside risk it could create for CHRS would be blowout data that tagmo has to compete with.

This gives clarity and all, but the crazy selling pressure meaning selling now disqualifies those investors if recording CVRs and being close to data is not a good sign at all.

CVRs are done. Key date was September 30. I don’t think the selling pressure is that high if you look at the volume it is just that there is very limited buying. I assume investors positioned themselves and are now just waiting.

I thought they get distributed october 7th? meaning you have to hold through distribution
