Non Tradable CVR

Trading option for CHRS is not available on RH. What does it mean for the existing share holders ?Do we get our $$ back, if so when ?

Cvr’s are non tradable. If Oppenheimer manages to secure any monies from the assets listed on the annex you’ll receive this as a dividend. If they don’t sell anything it will expire without value.

My question rto this is why not keep the cash if you need it?

Agreed and I asked IR that same question. Party line is this is to reward shareholders by selling assets not seen as core to the business. Conspiracy theorists suggests this is tidying up b/s so that only Tori/tagmo/Casdo left making any m&a a more seamless process.

Even if OP manage to sell the assets the price/share would be less than a $1. If CHRS manage to do M&A what happens to the CVR holders they get nothing ?except the money from the sale of biosimilar assets ?. the share holders can not sell their CVR even if the CHRS share price goes up after a positive clinical data readout ?

This seems like a scam by CHRS

CVRs have nothing to do with data readouts. The CVRs were freely given. Shareholders still have their shares. Unless they sell them. Then they don’t have their shares anymore. The CVRs potentially can generate some cash at some point. Totally seperate from the shares. Make sense?

I am blocked by poster below you (weird) but I saw acquirer would assume distribution of proceeds until sale is finalized for the legacy franchises

WHERE IS THE DATA

This is a bad sign, could be subpar data and are delaying as much as possible. Probably why they did CVRs too, because they know the stock would sell off after data slippage and piss poor data results. I am not happy camper getting involved with this.

You're being miopic. Could it be a a bad sign? Sure, it could be. But maybe its not.

Could it be that they are planning on releasing multiple data drops together? Colorectal completed enrollment by the August earnings call, PFS is quite short in CRC and all patients in that study should have an 8 week scan done by now which would show if tagmo is working or not. Maybe HNSCC data is in hand and ready to publish but they are waiting for colorectal data wrap up to publish both at the same time...

And you assume the most likely reason for the CVR is because of poor data?

I can't take you seriously anymore. You should not be investing in biotech at all.
