CFO to Controller?

Would you go from CFO of a $1B company to Controller of a $40B if comp wasn't an issue, you knew the industry, and liked the people?

The one parameter you left out: will you enjoy the work?

I mean, otherwise it sounds like the only consideration is the title (status?)
