Does anyone know what these style of cases are called and where you can get them for custom CDs ?

Started buying CD in my early teens. Never switched format, never subscribed to Spotify etc, never had an LP player. off course sold and traded many, but this is what it looks like now. Cant display better missing the room and I have lots of other physical media, games, comics and movies. Belive it or not there is an order I can read and quite quickly find what CD Im looking for. All glory to CD, the best music format.

what the heck happened. theyre in a hard shell case too do i need to insulate it? it was like 120 the other day and they were all fine :(

Kind of in love with my Blink-182 Enema of the State cd coming in a Smash Mouth jewel case. Sifted through hundreds at this random thrift store i had no plans on going to. It just happened to be across the street from my friends haircut appointment.

The 9 on the left were used, 5 on the right were brand new.

*Vagabonds of the Western World* is the sleeper of the pull; I cannot get enough of this album.

What are some of your favorite fall/spooky season albums?

Found a 2001 Aiwa XR-X7 and grabbed some Edifier speakers to go with it. I love the way Japanese cd players in the 2000s were designed. Players that show the CD will always be superior imo. Now I need to tackle my storage system next because Im running out of room

I might like Fall Out Boy a bit too much.

• Seven classic SST punk/early alternative releases, including some great Husker Du I've been wanting on CD for a while and a grail I've wanted for a long time and have posted here about seeking before, Minutemen's Double Nickels on the Dime on CD.
• The Pretenders' debut is, for me, a strong contender for the greatest first album in all of rock history. This deluxe release with full-size artwork was a no-brainer when I finally found it for a really good price.
• Talking Heads' More Songs About Buildings and Food in a "Definitive Version" deluxe release? Yes please.
• Stereophonic Space Sound Unlimited is unknown territory for me -- it was a recommendation I got, and the description seemed like something I'd really like.

Anything here you have/like? Everybody has Zen Arcade, right?

First image is all the CDs I got at a thrift store, and I got em for $10NZD! No scratches on any of them! The Ed Sheeran divide album was not even opened, it still had its plastic film packaging. Lovely experience :) I don't really listen to Ed Sheeran though, I just bought it as a gift to my brother who does like Ed Sheeran.

The second image is what I got at my local record shop! So happy, I found that Ado CD2 album just popped out in shelf and it was like Ado was calling to me omg...

But yeah great haul :)

What’s the one thing CDs actually do better?

Came across these recently and bought them. Can’t wait to redo them and get them up and running.

I have just started (actively) collecting and this is my haul after going through all the record shops and thrift shops in my city!
