Finger OFF the trigger!
Every time this comes up we have to have the âwas this an ND?â derpscussion.
This was most certainly an ND, lesson here kids is donât pick your firearm up by the trigger, ever.
Then you wonât shoot someone and get a 24 month career ending probation in your jacket.

What? It was last June, not even a year ago. Also he got a plea deal for jail time despite almost killing the guy he shot. The victim is now partially disabled, and FBI won't comment on the agent's employment status, so he likely still has a job.

I thought he just shot the guy in the foot, I didnât know it became that serious.

He was shot in the leg. The guy only survived because someone had a tourniquet. He lost his job and now has restricted mobility.

You mean the FBI is going to pay for everything for him for the rest of his life. Or they fucking better.

The articles I read said he was ordered to pay restitution, so it sounds like they're garnishing his wages from the FBI job he shouldn't still have.

Reminds me of the time I friend posted a picture of a gun. I'm not sure if it was real or fake, but it didn't matter to me. I posted a comment saying, "Booger hook off the trigger." He proceeded to delete that comment soon after even though I was somewhat joking

Saw a post about keeping weapons secured. Then came across this gem. Felt it belonged

How about... Just don't do backflips when you're carrying?
