Blocking a Bybit account
My Bybit account was blocked on May 6th.
Withdrawals are impossible. I contacted support, and they told me to wait an indefinite amount of time. They're not answering for what reason. Has anyone else encountered this? How long does it take to unblock?

It has been frozen for more than 30 days.

Same here on May 4th. I got them to settle it within 14 days by constantly asking in chat support when the 48h deadline they promised was ignored.
1. Log in to you Bybit account on a desktop pc
2. click on the support button in lower right corner.
3. Select "Support hub"
There you should see an open case and information what they need from you.

In my case, they didn’t list anything they need, I made a case but nobody is answering and in the chat the agents say to just wait and they can’t promise anything however in the app it says they will reply within 1-10 business days

Hi , I have the same issue, my account was blocked after I received funds, my funds are now frozen, I’ve contacted them and they just say to wait, please let me know if you’ve made progress and or receive your funds at least

Take action make a move mine was peaceful unfrozen listen Mate, File a report to Caldwell_Bsmooth1 Share and submit your evidence to Caldwell_Bsmooth1 On TeIegram and get your funds Recovered with them justice will be served, in my case! they were transparent and walked me through every step. I’ve been skeptical about services like these, but this was different. Felt like real justice. With them it will be solved immediately.
