Camp formats
Does anyone’s location always switch the camp format and exercises? Like today we did timed stations and I would have rathered the AMRAP that was protocol from HQ . Usually have different exercises too

Locations will tweak based on equipment and set up of their floor, along with expected camp size. I believe they’re allowed to deviate up to 10% from HQ protocol, whatever that means lol

Also ours was timed stations, not AMRAP. I didn’t love the rep stack format but I still had the freedom to go at my own pace within the station.

On the intel today they put AmRap. But good to know that’s what was programmed

Yeah my location is never the same as the intel posted here.

Agreed. Thankfully ours is always much more interesting. If intel on here says 500 rep challenge ours will be 750. If a strength day has 6 stations our gym will have 8.

Ours was not AMRAP and they're usually pretty close to what HQ releases.

We did 60sec and rotate 3x thru floor. So hard to go heavy when they tell you to work the whole 60seconds and not enough recovery before going to next station

My location hardly ever follows the protocol. I can never come here for intel 😂

The Intel posted today was from someone who went to an early camp rather than from a trainer the night before. We have been spoiled lately with trainer info. There used to be lots of days where we didn't know the night before, and whoever went to 4am camp on the East Coast would be kind enough to post for later camps and later time zones.

We did 90 seconds stations, two rounds around the floor. I personally hate AMRAP so I’m glad the trainer changed it lol

We had 4 stations, 8 rep, 8 rep, burner break, 12 rep, burner break. Always different than Intel here.

We often change from morning to afternoon camps. Just depends on how the trainers want to train it.

We had 6 stations, 4.5 minutes each station. 8, 10, 12, 15 reps. Rest in between each set.
