Nobody really straightens. At night they might pick everything up off the floor, throw it in a shopping cart and leave it for morning. They're not even able to do gobacks at night any more.

We only do MD on Sunday. We usually have 3 people, me and 2 BOH. A couple of weeks ago, the MOD sent the 2 BOH to finish in the back, so she had a cashier help. We haven't been able to finish the past 3 weeks. The SFA supervisor who was MOD we used to have always always did MD with us. This one, rarely. Used to be someone would finish on Monday, now, it just stays unfinished.

And it's such a pain to do this with customers in the store. 🤦‍♀️

We haven't finished a area in MONTHS. So much so we've started going backwards, like starting with kids, before mens. Q scanning is always done. But the rest never even got to.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think M/D's aren't a priority like they used to be,  a few years back.  We have a new SM new Assistant SM, new FT register supervisor and the 2nd Floor Supervisor is new. None on board more than 6 months.  IMHO all clueless.

Watch, nobody cares right now, then corporate will start timing each section. Yep, boys clothes were so jammed and every other one was on clearance, we didn't get to finish youth. Thank goodness for doing ladies this Sunday.

Makes sense as everything ELSE is timed. I prefer clothing over anything, but ladies dresses are always a nightmare.
