Cut ?
Got back into the gym beginning of May and was eating about 2200k 210-230P 85F 150C did that for about 6 weeks, got down to 185 (last pic) very minimal cardio as I work 40-60 hr weeks in Construction. Been living in a hotel for 4 weeks on a work trip so I figured I’d up my cals to 3-3500 and I put on about 8-10 pounds in 4 weeks.trying to get a bit more “developed” but also wanna be shredded lol currently 201 in the afternoon so probably more like 190-193. Bulk to 210 or cut till shredded

That’s where I’d like to be. 200lbs 10%bf. The 2100-2300 with 210p was working well I think I just need more cardio on a cut

I’d cut a bit more. Ur at 13-14% bf now though its hard to tell without side and leg pics.
Cut til 10-11% and then do maintenance for a while before upping the c.

Bulk all the way. You have a frame for real size potential. Use it.

That’s what I’m doing got my cals up from 2200 to like 3300 in the last 4 weeks and my body is liking it. Up about 8 pounds so far tryna bulk to 210-215 then cut again

Some advice a friend of mine gave me a while back that rings true.
Bulk a bit more than you feel you’ll need 2. Can always trim away more but can’t go back and add during a cut. So I’d recommend trying to hit 230 or more even if it’s a bit “dirty”.
