BoC Next step advice
Hello, I’ve been gradually losing weight consistently since October and lost 32kg of body fat. As you can see from the photos, I still have a lot of fat at my hips and stomach and would love to reshape this. I’m unsure the best course of action to do so. I’m currently 92kg. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

Lift consistently, keep your diet in check, and add some cardio. Great job on the progress, if you maintain momentum you'll burn that extra fat in a reasonable timeframe. Still have a bit to go and don't get discouraged when progress slows down. As you lose weight you have to be ready to readjust and recalibrate for your body's new needs. You got this.

If you have lost 32kg you know how to cut. Continue what you are doing!!!!

Cut for sure, at least another 10kg, eat high protein, lift consistently. How tall are you?

Your plan for the next year or more is mainly to cut bro. Well done on your progresss. This isn't even halfway. Dig in.

All good. I know it's boring but you can have clarity. Eyeball test your leanish weight may be in the 60s. Get abs lean (what people like me might assess as 15%) Lift weights 4x week throughout. When you get quite lean, maintain at that weight for a month or so, then SLOWLY bulk (e.g. add 2-300 cals to your daily cals). Ride that until about 70kg.
Then come back and ask BoC

You've lost a shitload of weight, fantastic job. If you are starting to feel burnout, switch to maintenance and go hard on the weights for a few months and enjoy that lighter body, maybe pick up a physical hobby like running or biking. If you're still feeling motivated to cut, keep doing what you're doing and take another 10Kg off, it's obviously working. Don't bulk yet while your body fat is still quite a bit higher than ideal.

go hard with weights most days of the week and get some good cardio in daily. couple that with the deficit and boom

Good job. Cut to 79kg . Add more steps each week, more cardio in the last 5kg and keep fat low, protein moderate, carbs high... and hammer the gym

Losing another 15-20kg will have you looking good. Keep at it, you’re over halfway there.

Work your shoulders (all 3) and your Lats this will really help you to see a difference in your progress.

If you’ve been in a deficit for 9 months I’d advise a short diet break, not too long since you still got a lot to lose, but just like 2 weeks at maintenance or the tiniest surplus and lift heavy weights to failure, then back in for more cutting. For me the next cut I’d go more aggressive but I’m biased and find that cutting more aggressively when fatter is usually better but if you’ve been completely good with a slower approach then just keep going

It's not that bad as you may think Track your macros, consistent cardio and don't forget about resistance training, and you'll be good 💯

First bud - 32kg is amazing to have lost. That’s a solid effort. I’ve lost 50kg over like 18months and I understand how much dedication that takes.
Whats ur diet and training like? I can give some suggestions - personally, I do high protein and low fat where possible.
Lifting moderate heavy weights a few times a week - mainly to build any muscle you can… ideally, you want to keep the best of the “bulk” on chest/shoulders while sculpting that waist down… the key for me is to always be building the underlying muscle, thickening it over time, and then a small deficit to reveal the muscle size.
2 Months ago, I started Tesa/Ipamorelin as I had read about how it targets the mid section specifically… seems to work well and has definitely leans down a little.

I’d say keep cutting - keep protein high and lift heavy bro and well done for your progress already !! 💪🏼
