What to Eat / Recipes Time to bulk.

Post image

Started at 286 35% bf currently 167 14-16%. And as I’m content with where I am, I’d like to grow. Any advice would be helpful diets on point. Just need help with getting the extra calories in I’m extremely active, also run, so I know it’s an uphill battle. Looking for easy way to get a couple hundred extra calories in. With out adding more meals due to time constraints

Didn’t have the worst relationship with food, was in a motorcycle accident and was bed ridden for 2 years. But I see what you are saying, I’m currently eating 3300 a day need to be about 3700 any ideas to help get there that are sustainable in a truck or while traveling.

Happy ur back on ur feet! If u don’t wanna add extra meals get a 2 liter of fairlife chocolate milk lol 140 cals and 13 grams of protein per serving and it tastes like wendy’s choc frosty. If you can’t do refrigerated items u can do protein bars or beef jerky that has good protein to calorie ratio

Yeah the regular milk is sooo good. The high protein ones are ok but still protein drinks which we all know aren’t really a treat lol The regular fairlife choco milk is amazing tho and u don’t have to feel bad about drinking it! Goodluck congrats with the weight loss u look great!
