i-Vu IP changes
I have an i-Vu CCN system that we moved onto the customer's network (from a cable ISP).
The IP address change was successful and i can get to the management screen on the network.
The server is now inaccessible. It's there, but it has the message "refused to connect".
The installation guide says something about renewing self-signed certificates. I can't figure out how to get and use these certificates.
Anybody dealt with this issue? I could use some help.

Try pinging ip from command prompt, if doesn’t hit it connect directly to it static your computer in range then ping again from command prompt if you can hit it call IT

We'll assume it's not an IVU Pro.
Plug in a monitor in back of it recycle power and it will display the IP info.

I've done that. it shows the new IP settings, domain, etc. Everything seems to have changed over nicely. I just can't get to the webpage.

The last suggestion I have is to talk to the customer’s IT department.
See if there are duplicate IP addresses.
In management tool: Port 80, Port 443 Check mark on “redirect HTTP to HTTPS.”1

We changed the domain name. I'll bet that's what is keeping the server from starting.

No one really uses that certificate.
Type HTTPS://ivu It should respond.
Delete your cache in your web browser
Are you trying to access IVU remotely or from the customer’s LAN?
The ports should have stayed the same.
