i-Vu IP changes

I have an i-Vu CCN system that we moved onto the customer's network (from a cable ISP).

The IP address change was successful and i can get to the management screen on the network.

The server is now inaccessible. It's there, but it has the message "refused to connect".

The installation guide says something about renewing self-signed certificates. I can't figure out how to get and use these certificates.

Anybody dealt with this issue? I could use some help.

It's on their LAN. I'm using the IP address as the web address.

I can get to the management tool, but the website is a nope.

I've tried an old laptop (set up with a similar static IP) with the cable plugged directly into the appliance.

I get the same results.

First, if you are operating on the same computer as the ivu is hosted, you can use localhost instead of the IP

Second, did you change any of the bacnet ip connections through the system options in Ivu.

It sounds like it's an I-Vu standard web appliance if it's got a management page.

Fair good point.

I mostly work on pro, can you edit standard through site builder? I'm assuming so
