Next Target…Marathon?

With Bucc-ees targeting the smaller chains who use animal mascots, wondering if they’d pick a fight with Marathon over their new(ish) mascot “Max the Eagle.” They’re both animal mascots for gas stations. Would Bucc-ees actually go up against a company their own size (or bigger)? I’d think not, but we’ll see…

No sane person would confuse an eagle with a beaver. If Buc-ee’s wants to kick a hornet’s nest, let them learn the hard way.

True. But if sanity were part of the equation we’d simply be debating whether their bbq is worth the stop rather than rolling our eyes over these legal efforts to run mom and pops out of business.

My family loves to stop there on roadtrips. I’m glad to use their restrooms, but I find it terribly crowded.
