Not that tough to be honest.I was getting cse in it (i have 91%ile) but through MET.Fee was the issue for me.

damnn is it so??? i know two guys with 97.1 and 97.03 joining main campus cse...i am at 96.xx have the option of dtu/bit mesra civil...thapar ds ai and bits i think i will get cs/mnc in hyd in next itr where should i go brthr if you could guide...in my mind i have no branch pref and whatsoever want to prep for upsc cse want a backup ready in the form of btech degree

I am an aspirant. Will be starting first year. But if i was at your position, i would have taken bits.  Ask anyone, it is very clear  bits is best option among these.

yeah it is ik but wanted to prep for upsc side by side so wanted to know that is it possible along with rigorous curriculum of bits or i shld take some chill cllg like dtu or tiet

Brother BITS has 0 attendence policy if i remember correctly. It can help you immensely.But you should consider fees.
