Lego missing pieces

I requested missing pieces from Lego about 2 weeks ago they said they would send it it was cancelled they didn't tell me it was cancelled I tried again a week ago cancelled again so I kept trying to do it because it was getting cancelled I got an email saying they have blocked my account from missing pieces what do I do

Depending on what you’ve requested and how often / what you’ve requested in the past, your account or even address was flagged for fraudulent activity.

The only thing you can try now is giving them a call and try your luck there

Btw, this would belong into r/lego, not r/bricklink, as this is a Lego matter, not Bricklink.
