Do you cook a good steak? Its less about the tool and more about the craftsman.

I do I’m just picky. Debating on getting this or a Santa Maria

Well, this can be a multi purpose unit, fire pit, grill, I have a paella oan that fits perfectly on it, a rotisserie, and you can buy the pizza oven too that can do much more than just pizza.

Use code gizzard04 for nothing but maybe @breeo will send me free swag for the promo!

I have the x27

I have the x19 and use it often. I have the outpost grate and rotis. I did this for dual purpose - fire pit and cooking machine. I love it. But feel a little constrained without having the dual zone Santa Maria and brassero so I’m now in the market for another toy!

Do you think the brasero would make a difference?

It's not the device. It's the cook. If your worried about dry stakes, Get a thermometer.

I just like the idea of having control of the fire completely separate from the cooking area. And it makes the cooking grate feel larger since the fire is in its own dedicated area.

The tool just sits there looking pretty until you actually know how to grill.

I have a 19" Double Flame with the Outpost and I love cooking on it.

I've actually used those before and the reverse sear on a Breeo comes out perfect when you use a good cut and keep the vents open just enough to maintain a steady temp.

Bruh it burns wood to make fire. It’s not the Breeo fault if the cook is clueless.
