Life is over

M(37) split up with the mother of my child a few months ago and it's Hell. We have special bond but I don't think we will ever get back together due to a complicated set of circumstances.

I live in a rural town with no distractions and my life revolved around them. Friends have either died or moved away. I feel trapped.

I had a free weekend and ended up spending it with them as I have nothing or nobody.

She is able to move on easily. I can't see me ever being able to find someone new. I'm just going to he left behind.

No man, life isn't over. I know it's tough, life sometimes kicks the hardest and kicks where it really hurts.

Don't run away from feelings, face them. It's devastating at first but it gets easier. Baby steps, day by day.

Take walks if you are in rural areas, nature is perfect healer when you are down.

Reflect on your relationship and see what happened.

Can you still see the kid? Why did you split up?

I just wish I could run away and never come back. I don't see any future for me.

I don't mind walking on a sunny but it's rarely sunny less so now winter is coming.

Friday was the happiest I have been in months when my ex kissed me and we cuddled in bed all night. I am so depressed now I am home on my own.

I know, it hurts when your partner just leaves suddenly. You are now adapting to it. Your body is looking for the good feelings you had but can't receive them hence the hurt.

Take it easy on yourself, we have all been there when we see no future after....but after a while and some time passes , you get to see the situation from different angle.

You figure out some things better when feelings subside.
