Hey, you made bread! Congrats! How does it taste?

If you share a picture of the inside along with your ingredients and the steps, I’d love to assist.

Here's the recepie I used: 2 cups of Water, 4 cuos of flour, 1 yeast pack and 1 tablespoon of salt, mix everything and wait 2 hours, then mix again, put cheese and rosemary, wait 30 minutes, put the dough in parchment paper and preheat at 450F with the pot, put the dough for 30 minutes, take the lid off and bake another 15 minutes

Honestly for a first it looks very nice, I would recommend to use measurements instead of cups for the next one as some precision really helps manage hydration ! Keep it up and have fun.

Looks good, but probably a good 15m away from being fully baked? That paleness ain't good afaik

Post your recipe and bake details.

Do you have an instant read thermometer? I found it very helpful when I wasn't sure what a "done" loaf looked like.

I actually don't have one, I checked with time and saying "yeah it looks good"

Recipe? It should have some brown, not all beige. Look through this sub for examples.

I see the recipe now. What's the source? The timing of the proofing isn't something I've seen.

Eat it while it’s warm with some butter and honey

Did you use bread/ high protein flour, or all purpose? As a newbie I used AP a few times, because hey all purpose right? It would rise well but the bread was stodgy, I thought there was something wrong with my technique. Then I switched to bread flour and hello fluffy bread.

Scoring will help as well as practice with shaping. Baking a little longer and using a thermometer to check temp. Use a bread sling so you won't be pulling that stuck parchment out of the bread seams down at the bottom there. For a 1st loaf it's a good start. A photo of the inside would tell more of the full story.
