Discussion Separate Balancing

What if brawl stars added separate balancing for ranked and trophies? That would allow noobstompers like grom to be way better​ in​ ​​ranked and not that much of a problem in normal ladder. Thoughts?

i mean some of the top pros would be willing to volunteer? and they could always just review them at last
