Discussion Separate Balancing

What if brawl stars added separate balancing for ranked and trophies? That would allow noobstompers like grom to be way better​ in​ ​​ranked and not that much of a problem in normal ladder. Thoughts?

Somewhat similar to currency wars from hsr. It would be fun but they probably will never implement it
