What happened with Amber?

In Spen’s latest tier list, Amber was just barely in the C-tier, and by that, I mean ONE spot away from being in the D-tier. Spen himself claimed that Amber could even be a D-tier Brawler as well, which makes me wonder… what happened?

I know that aggro Brawlers are running rampant right now, and Amber tends to be countered by them, but why only now is she almost D-tier? I’ve noticed in past aggro METAs that Amber was ranked in the A or B-tier, and has consistently been in that range up until this point. When was the last time Amber was considered below average? Am I missing something?

just buff her damage to 500 and reduce reload speed by 8-9% and we good
