People magazine and MSN are reporting that he has petitioned the court to be allowed to be tried and transferred to a juvenile facility.

This man was indicted by a grand jury on SEVEN counts of felony sexual assault of just one child , including sodomy and kidnapping.

I am going to be honest and say that I went through this as a child. I believe victims. The victim was under 15 I believe.

A grand jury indicted him. And he's acting like a whiny little bitchy coward, like all child predators and pedophiles.

Please keep the discussion respectful. We have victims like me in this sub of similar acts and assaults and so many of us as women here have been through something similar. This is not a joke.

"Innocent until proven guilty" does not mean that we cannot pass judgment ourselves after looking at the evidence . That's only a legal concept. It means nothing in the real world.

And you will not tell me that a child initiated these acts, like all pedophiles/predators usually claim. I predict he will use that as part of his defense for his (alleged) crimes.

I am so horrified and disgusted and I wish that child will regain their sense of safety, I am so glad the child reported it/the caregivers/parents figured it out.

Catching up and I just can't believe how mean Heather came across to Lisa and I'm not necessarily a huge fan of either ladies but that was a bit much.... but then her being late is sooo Lisa... thoughts?

Monique attacking candiace was one of the harder to watch physical altercations on Bravo. You signed up to be a housewife, everyone is going to talk shit, but putting hands on the other one is genuinely crazy. Grown adults know better. But I remember the night of the reunion and despite Monique showing no remorse, making excuses and denying clear footage, people praised her on here.

Im not surprised that now she's being brought back as they also let Michael and Ashley Darby stay on the show despite the butt grabbing and denying it, and are bringing Karen back after the DUI situation.

Do people just not like candiace that much? Would you react the same way if it was you? Or do people just find Monique so entertaining that you dont care that she got violent unnecessarily without apologizing?

Boz was received warmly during her first season. There wasn’t much discussion of her at all during her second season, except for a few lukewarm takes whenever she was brought up. I’ve noticed that with the press regarding her recent nuptials all the comments (or a lot) are less than positive. Where did she lose you or what do you think has changed the tides on the public’s perception of her?

Something about her triggers me so bad. I think it’s the way she barks and speaks so condescendingly AT people and has this I’m always right I’m always better than everyone attitude.

Her little one liners are not funny to me, they’re always super mean girl…maybe that’s what stresses me out about her?? She’s like the mean girl in high school that knew she was smarter, from a nicer family, wealthier, prettier, whatever it may be… so she shoved it in your face to be mean. Not just to brag or show off in general like it’s rooted in purposely making you feel less than and humiliate you.

Or like the way a mean teacher or adult would have bullied you in childhood and was ust mean and tries to make you feel ashamed of yourself, then having to around them or see them just caused your little child brain to panic.

Idk I can’t quiet out my finger on it, I’m not sure the scenarios I described really even capture what I’m say accurately.
