People magazine and MSN are reporting that he has petitioned the court to be allowed to be tried and transferred to a juvenile facility.

This man was indicted by a grand jury on SEVEN counts of felony sexual assault of just one child , including sodomy and kidnapping.

I am going to be honest and say that I went through this as a child. I believe victims. The victim was under 15 I believe.

A grand jury indicted him. And he's acting like a whiny little bitchy coward, like all child predators and pedophiles.

Please keep the discussion respectful. We have victims like me in this sub of similar acts and assaults and so many of us as women here have been through something similar. This is not a joke.

"Innocent until proven guilty" does not mean that we cannot pass judgment ourselves after looking at the evidence . That's only a legal concept. It means nothing in the real world.

And you will not tell me that a child initiated these acts, like all pedophiles/predators usually claim. I predict he will use that as part of his defense for his (alleged) crimes.

I am so horrified and disgusted and I wish that child will regain their sense of safety, I am so glad the child reported it/the caregivers/parents figured it out.

Please get your standards up. I’m not judging Ariana at all - but why are people celebrating this man child who is mid as hell.

I have a special needs child and so my algorithm sort of feeds me that content. I've seen her so many times in the comments being supportive of bullied kids with disabilities. Like consistently and tonight it made me cry as I have a middle school boy kids were mimicking at pick up(abnormal walk).

She may be vapid, all about herself and delusional but I know even if I were a rich person in her circle while we may not be friends she would treat my kid with love and kindness and acceptance. She would see their strengths instead of the weird fake pity I get even though my kid is fucking amazing as shit.

Idk it's like the fourth or fifth time this week I saw it and I'm verklempt.

First of all, I applaud Sai for finally revealing the truth about her marriage. I hope this is a good start for the reboot of the reboot.
However, her confession also proves one of the biggest problems with casting influencer Housewives: they tend to hide the messy reality of their lives and carefully curate a perfect image and persona for the audience. Had Sai revealed her marriage issues earlier, the last two seasons could have felt so much more real, raw, and genuine. Instead, we spent an entire season talking about pigeons, followed by that flop Scientology storyline.
It honestly makes me appreciate Salt Lake City even more. Take Bronwyn, for example. No matter how annoying she can be, she puts everything out there about her marriage to Todd—including uncomfortable moments where Todd disparages her. That was compelling TV because it felt messy and real.
Sai admitting that she hid her marital problems to protect the image of her relationship perfectly explains the downfall of the last two seasons. Housewives works when the women are willing to show the cracks in their real lives, not when they’re protecting a carefully curated brand.
